Very professional & courteous. Quick response time and quick appointments. Our wall to wall carpet & stairs hadnt been washed in years and with a dog I didnt have much hope but they came out amazing. Love this company. You can get an appointment at time same day or next day. This time I got same day service. They came when they said they would, they call prior to arrival to confirm a closer timeframe, they do the job fast and efficiently and love that I don't have to lug it all to the front they will go to wherever the junk is. The two gentlemen that came today were amazing so polite and curious and very efficient Shane & Joel did a fabulous job. Will definitely call back in the spring when its time for the garage. So worth it to have someone else do this work. Saves time and energy on my part. Thanks again

I was looking for a handyman through HomeStars and I found Mr. Rescue. I was impressed with all his high ratings. I was pleased right from the start when I contacted them and how fast they got back to me. Many companies don't even call you back. Charlie's workmanship was outstanding and he was very professional and friendly. I appreciated the communication I received from booking to pricing to confirming all the work. Charlie was on time and respected my home by using drop cloths and cleaned up after the work that you wouldn't even know he had been there. After years of planning our renovation, (we took a 1150 sq.ft 1 1/2 storey and built a 2 storey, 2600 sq.ft home) we now needed to find someone to build it. After reviewing Somerset's work and meeting Graeme Sperber, we knew right away who we would be hiring. My husband and I connected right away with Graeme and new we were in great hands. The entire Somerset team was a pleasure to work with and the trades were just as nice. We had a great experience with the build and if any issues came up Graeme was able to solve the problem and we felt very comfortable with any decisions that had to be made. A friend recommended Select Granite Tops to me as she had used them and was very pleased. We met with Jan Westwell and right off the bat she was great. Very helpful, very accommodating and the customer service I received was amazing. The job was done so professionally and it turned out gorgeous. The installer came on time to measure and the job was turned around in less time than anticipated. Throughout my renovation I have noticed that customer service is at an all time low these days but with Select Granite Tops and Jan Westwell they have restored my faith that it is still out there. I have had a few questions here and there and they have always been over the top helpful even after the job was completed. I most definately recommend them.
