Clogged kitchen sink drain in a 1950's bungalow with original plumbing under the basement floor to the street. Made a non-emergency service request through Homestars early Wednesday evening, Tim from DrainPro got back to us within an hour and sent a professional to our house first thing Friday morning. The plumber was at the house for 3 hours, reconfigured some of the plumbing connections and chased the clog through the old basement plumbing right out to the city drain. He was prompt, courteous, explained everything before he did the work, cleaned up the worksite and gave us great value for the money. The drain problem is completely solved and I would highly recommend this company if you need plumbing services.

Our Alta Vista bungalow had the original stucco finish (grey cement with rough quartz crystals) - the exterior was intact (no leaks) but not very attractive. From the first day that Dario came to give us an estimate (for restuccoing the house), he was professional and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and made good recommendations about the work to be done. He suggested we replace the half wall of brick veneer on the front of the house with stone because he felt it would give us a better end result, then at our request connected us to professionals who could do the stonework and the chimney repair (they did an excellent job & the stone blends well with the stucco). Dario and his crew delivered the job as promised at the quoted price (no surprises). They are craftsmen and the finished stucco is beautiful. Once the house was done, Dario agreed to stucco the exterior walls of our garage to match the house (at our request) - although this job wasn't in the original work-plan, Dario was able to fit it in on a weekend so all of the stucco work has been done this fall. We would not hesitate to recommend Dario for stucco installation - he is straight-forward and honest and an excellent craftsman.

Two years ago we had Verdun replace some aging windows on our bungalow. We liked the windows so much that we decided to have the rest of the windows upgraded by Verdun this summer. The windows were installed yesterday - crew was great, competent and efficient, left the jobsite clean, windows are perfect. We would recommend Verdun windows without any hesitation.

Nusret and his crew did stone & masonry work on our house in preparation for restuccoing of the exterior. Old brick facing on the front of the house was removed, damaged cement repaired, new Permacon stone installed and top of chimney repaired/rebuilt. All work was done in the promised timeframe (so that it would be ready for the stucco installation) and all workmanship was excellent. Both the stone facing and the chimney look great & we're looking forward to seeing how it looks together with the new stucco. Nusret was friendly and responded to all of our questions quickly. The masonry crew was also friendly and efficient, kept the worksite very clean and completed the work within the promised time (even though they had some very hot days to work through). I am impressed with the quality of the job that they did and would recommend their work without reservation.

Service was excellent from the quote to the completion of the work. Team of electricians were onsite exactly as scheduled. They were courteous and professional and did a great job. When we discovered a problem with one of the newly wired circuits, they sent 3 electricians the next business day and fixed the problem immediately. I would highly recommend this company for electrical work.

Verdun replaced 5 original windows in our 1953 bungalow. All of the company representatives and installation people were extremely professional and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. There was a minor problem with one of the screens (small hole) - the Verdun workers noticed this at the time of installation, pointed it out and arranged for a replacement screen to be installed later. We would highly recommend both the windows and the service that Verdun provides - very good value for the money and we are very satisfied with our updated windows.

We just had new eavestroughing installed by Pro Form. The installation was excellent and the crew were very professional. Work site was left very clean with all old eavestrough pieces removed & disposed of by the company. The finished eavestroughs look great and we're just waiting for some rain to watch them work. We would recommend this company without reservation.

Michel did an excellent job on our roof, completing the job exactly as promised (high quality, within requested timeframe). He was pleasant and professional, and kept the job site extremely clean. We would highly recommend his work as a roofer.
