Clogged kitchen sink drain in a 1950's bungalow with original plumbing under the basement floor to the street. Made a non-emergency service request through Homestars early Wednesday evening, Tim from DrainPro got back to us within an hour and sent a professional to our house first thing Friday morning. The plumber was at the house for 3 hours, reconfigured some of the plumbing connections and chased the clog through the old basement plumbing right out to the city drain. He was prompt, courteous, explained everything before he did the work, cleaned up the worksite and gave us great value for the money. The drain problem is completely solved and I would highly recommend this company if you need plumbing services.
