After the winter and high winds we had, I had issues with my soffit, where the aluminum pieces shifted out of place and in one instance the piece of soffit aluminum blew right out of the overhang on my house. I used Homestars and Mike from Alu Contracts responded right away. He scheduled a visit within two days and fixed all of the issues same day. In fact they even went around and identified other issues and secured them as well. Great service, prompt response and overall an honest and reliable contractor. Not to mention very reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

We are so glad to have found Sanza Homes to complete our basement makeover. We had gone through a couple of "2-dollar" contractors who were unreliable and unprofessional, who ultimately we fired. Finding Saeed and Sep from Sanza Homes definitely brought a level of professionalism and accountability we have rarely seen in the renovation and construction business. They were incredibly patient, listened to our ideas and design choices, suggested some of their own, and worked diligently to complete the project within a reasonable timeframe, all things considered. Our basement is beautiful, well designed and constructed, and is now nicer than the rest of the house. Thank you Sanza homes for a job well done.

Smith Metalworks is very professional and Tarek visited in person to provide an exact quote, after submitting my job request through their online portal. I needed them to match an existing wrought iron railing for the other side of a staircase previously enclosed in a wall. They were very thorough, their online estimate and invoice system was super easy to use. They were punctual and the job was done faster than originally promised. Hands down the best Wrought Iron company in Toronto. I was surprised they could match my existing railing and they did perfectly. Thank you Tarek, and Merna who was amazing through all the admin, and the crew that came onsite for the install. An amazing experience to what I felt was an impossible job !

Vlad and Roman did an excellent job running all of the cabling, and installing all of the IP cameras around the home. I had a total of 11 runs for hard-wired ethernet plus 6 runs for hard-wired IP Cameras. They were very neat and did not damage any of my existing drywall, albeit I had an unfinished basement that made it a bit easier. I had my own Ubiquiti equipment, which they installed in the network cabinet in my utility room, which I configured myself. Overall, they did an amazing job and would definitely recommend them for your home or office needs.

Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with. His team are the most hard working and proficient crew I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Consistently on time, put in full days, and completed the job with care as if it was their own. Had interlocking done all around the house including a front patio space, side walkways, and two back patios spaces. I will most definitely be calling them back to finish the driveway once the city rebuilds the road and front boulevard. Great team, great service.

Ian is a great person, honest, hardworking and reliable. He was very reasonably priced, and provided a level of care and service, over and beyond my expectation. He installed a garage heater, and vent kit, along with the necessary gas lines, and electrical, and everything looks great. A true professional, I would not hesitate to call Ian for any HVAC service needs.

Awesome service and follow-up. Charton visited our home when we first inquired and he was patient and through in explaining our options and answering our many questions on what is best for our home. We ultimately selected the Carrier Infinity Modulating Furnace (80k Btu) the Carrier Performance 3-ton air conditioner, the Aprilaire 800 steam humidifier, and the I-wave air purifier. Jason was the technician for our job and after some rescheduling due to the 50cm of snow we got recently, Jason came by and did a meticulous job in installing all units. He even went so far as examining all my intake and exhaust piping that was pre-existing and re-caulked and re-sealed the joints and the points of entry in our exterior wall. The finished product is very neat and tidy and done very professionally. I am thoroughly impressed with High Efficiency Cooling and Heating and more specifically Charton and Jason. Job well done guys. Charton even followed up with a visit 2 days after install and offered to bring me a complimentary winter cover for the AC unit outside. Thank you so very much.
