After our dryer stopped producing any heat I called Sam right away having had a great experience with him fixing our washer a year and a half ago. Considering it was Saturday, having the dryer fixed and working again about 5 hours after reaching out is an ultimate great service one can hope for. Our washer's rubber door seal diaphragm got damaged and had to be replaced as the water was leaking through it. North Appliance Service was one of the first companies to respond to the request and gave us a very competitive quote. It was extremely easy to communicate while explaining what the issue was and to book an appointment. Practically 48 hours later our washer is fixed (the part was in stock). Sam is a very friendly, courteous and professional individual, has done the job quickly, explained everything, offered to answer any questions we may have about any of our appliances, and left the work area clean. We are extremely satisfied with the service Sam has provided and will definitely contact this company if we need any appliance repairs in the future, and will suggest to friends, relatives and anyone who may ask. As it always happens, suddenly our water heater tank started leaking water all over the place and we were in need of an immediate replacement. We were referred to AllTECH Climate by a friend and are very thankful for that as the service we've got was top-notch all around. The price of both new tank and labour/parts was very reasonable and the job done quickly and efficiently. We had hot water in our house back in about 20 hours after we lost it (we had to wait "this long" to sort out our options with Reliance first). Overall, we're extremely satisfied with the service AllTECH has provided and have already suggested them to a few neighbours who were looking for a water heater replacement.

We had EcoComfort to top-up insulation in our attic about half-a-year ago (November). The process of getting the quote and scheduling the date was very easy and straight-forward. The job was done on time, quickly and on budget, the guys were very friendly, explained everything and showed the photos of the attic after the job was done. Everything was left clean. Our project this spring was relatively small - just a replacement of sliding door to the backyard. All I can say that our whole experience was nothing but pleasant and satisfactory. We were suggested the best available option for us, it took about 2 weeks for the door to be manufactured and ready, the installation was done rapidly and efficiently at the time that was convenient for us. We are completely satisfied with both product and service provided by Loyal Seal and will definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

First of all, it took only 8 days from initial contact until everything was done! David, who came to give us an estimate, is an extremely nice guy, explained everything we needed to know, suggested what had to be done and even showed us the problems (nothing major but had to be fixed) that we haven't even noticed before. The main problem was a broken threshold under the sliding door into our backyard and crumbling foundation in a few places. The work done by Dwight was great and even exceeded our expectations. New limestone threshold looks amazing, cinder blocks put in place of crumbling bricks behind the steps look good and solid, and the foundation looks like new after parging done. Everything was cleaned up perfectly after the work was done. If we ever need masonry contractor A&A will definitely be the company we call. Thank you!!!

We've been hearing scratching noises from our attic for a couple of weeks and when it became a bit too bothering I decided to deal with it. Found a few companies on HomeStars but 360 Wildlife Control was the only one that had a reasonable quote and could come the following day. Ray was at our door 20 hours after the call. He took a look at the situation, explained what needs to be done and what the potential future steps could be in different cases. Finding the hole that the squirrel was getting in through wasn't a challenge but building and installing the "one-way door" took a bit of time. at the end of the process it looked like a piece of art. Everything was done in less than 2 hours. We're very satisfied with the work done as well as Ray himself as he is a very knowledgeable, friendly and fair person. We can confidently recommend this company to anyone who needs to deal with a wildlife control situation.

We had Gitano Roofing replacing our shingles earlier this year. As mentioned by others their quote may not be the cheapest but you get your money worth having these guys. 15 years warranty vs. 10 years by most of the others is just one of the benefits. The whole process was smooth, transparent and quick. Our roof was done in one day, the guys arrived at 7am and were gone by 9pm. They listened to my questions, explained everything I was concerned with, were very polite and friendly. Even though they did their best cleaning everything after the job was done, we were still finding an odd nail here and there for a few weeks after but that's expected, they made sure though that there was nothing left on the driveway. We had a minor issue a few weeks after and it was dealt with with no delays or hustle. Gitano Roofing is a great company to hire for your roofing job to be done right!

The guys left about 10 minutes ago and I'm anxious to write this review because of how satisfied with the job I am. They arrived on time, clearly explained everything that had to be done and what wasn't needed. I had ducts in my house cleaned quite a few times before but these guys brought some equipment I've never seen anybody else use. They used runners, corner guards, left everything perfectly clean. Unlike other "clowns" in this business these guys are honest, professional and simply the best!
