We had a problem with Raccoons initially and it was taken care of by Brilliex. Now two years later Squirrels started chewing at the trap door. Ray came out and took care of our issue. He was very efficient and thorough. I will recommend this company.

We had sparrows building a nest in the roofline in our house. Ray and this team cleaned and closed up the hole. They then came back a couple days later (in the rain!) to add a one-way door as we were hearing activity near the old hole. Happy with the service.

Ray is amazing, we had a raccoon enter our attic through a roof vent. Ray arrived the next day, conducted a full inspection of the attic and roof, and installed an one way door on the roof vent. All other vents were secured. Ray provided detailed photos of his work and video. The raccoon did not return and we are very happy.
We have solar panels on our roof and Ray was very careful with his inspection and installation of the metal cages.

We had mice & what we thought were birds in our attic, Brilliex Pest Control ended up finding 2 raccoons living in our basement and safely removed them. Bloody squirrels got into the attic. Ray came and sealed up the house with his guarantee. Had to come back because there were babies in there and remove one of the trap doors.

Last summer evening, I had heard scurrying and noises coming from my attic that set me in a panic. I called around looking for help the next day, but it was Civic long weekend, and I did not know if I could get a company to come out. Many companies were not able to come out until the following Tuesday.

I ended up calling Brilliex, and I was greeted by Ray whom provided upfront, straightforward information. He was able to send a technician out the same day whom completed a thorough inspection and identified that it was a squirrel problem right away. A one way door was installed and he screened up other potential entry ways. The squirrel problem has been resolved with no other issues since.

Recently, I also had to call Brilliex again for a pesky indoor carpenter ant problem that I could not resolve on my own after trying different store bought products. Again, Brillliex responded to the task and have gotten rid of the carpenter ant issue completely.
