Hired them to fix my old fridge. they recommended a part and replacement of the part. Did the service and it went okay. Hired them back to change waterline for ice maker in a used fridge I bought. Took a few hours for him to advise that another part is broken. Charged 200 and said will call when new part is available. Been a few months and I have not heard back. Today I was drinking warm water out of the tap and realized that I had not written a review so here it is. TLDR: Second service said different part is bad. charged his labour and said will call back when part is in. Never heard back. I had to chase them to follow up on the first part too.

you have two fridges and we fixed one fridge the other fridge needs parts and the parts are on backorder for the longest time and when the part arrived we called you and left a message but there was no answer or a call back

We had drains backing up every few days. Sergio spent 3 hours to unclog the 3 drains and remove what was ailing them. He then used a camera to confirm that the main was clear.

The Good: Everything was generally good. 1. Their windows product is great. I love the windows based on how they are AND they are highly reviewed. 2. Friendly phone people 3. Competitive pricing 4. I am working with Tasha on the Green Ontario rebate which is complicated because of the timing of the rebate but she has been excellent. I found them a generally good company to deal with BUT: Issues: 1. The sales person rescheduled once and when we had to go to a showroom to get a price. All other companies we got a quote from came to us to give us the price. It’s just inconvenient. 2. When we went to the showroom, the sales person was not available so we were supposed to see someone else. It took us 40 minutes to get someone’s attention to help us. The person who helped us was amazing but I had to drive 30 minutes and then wait 40. 3. Installer took measurements and then 4 days before install said the weather is not good and rescheduled the install. There was snow on the ground, maybe a cm but they are the ones who proposed the winter install to begin with. 4. Then upon approaching the second date, a few days before install I get a call that the installer is on vacation. So our installation was once again delayed. Finally, we got new installers. 5. New Installers (Danny and Troy) were amazing / fantastic BUT they told us that one window measurement was wrong so they will call us and install it in 2 weeks. No calls in 2 weeks so 3 weeks later I called myself to find out what’s up. Upon my call, they made an appointment and I got my final window plus touch ups in on the 4th Monday.

Sam showed up on time as promised. Fixed my furnace issue that my furnace company could not repair in a year. He also found the reason why my ac was icing which my furnace company said needed to be replaced. Well priced and very well knowledged.

Bought a bookcase and wall mirror from the heartland location. Bookcase arrived with 2 out of 3 pieces damaged. Called the store and manager Sam told me to take pictures of damage and invoice and send it to the head office. Been 6 weeks now. Head office does not reply to my emails and nor do they have email address listed. Sam will not return my calls either. I have probably called for him 6 times. Conveniently he is never there or he is busy and I have to leave a message with the others. I am going to visit him today but totally horrible experience. I am never going back to this store.

I got referred to them bby my own brother. Karen is amazing. She came in and gave us a quote. No pressure tactics. Then she went back and forth to make sure that we chose what we wanted. She workied with us and even came to my office to finalise the floor samples that we chose. They started and finished in 4 days (1 day more than promised) but I was promptly informed of the delay and the reasoning (truck accident and they were still awaiting the delivery of the wood). They cleaned up after themselves and the workers (did not speak much english) were very professional and courteous.... I highly recommend them.

John came and helped us design our windows. Very professional and a good eye for design. We bought in and made 50% deposit. That's where it went downhill. We were promised the window coverings in 2.5/3 weeks. They came in to the showroom late. We were promised a call by the installer (after I called in to inquire about the order) on tuesday but did not receive one. Then I called wednesday and was promised a call. same thing on Thursday and Friday. I asked to speak to John and promised a call back but still no call from him either. Finally on Friday night the installer called and said he cant do anything until end of next week at 10:30am. No ifs and buts since we are supposed to be on his schedule and we dont have a job or anything. Bottom line he is coming in on the Friday of the week after at 10:30am to do the install. Overall it will be 6 or 7 weeks (instead for the 2.5/3 weeks as promised). No calls from the sales staff and I still have to worry about the installation issues that people have mentioned in the comments above. Finger crossed but if the installation is as bad as the after sales service then its going to be the small claims court route for me. AND THERE IS MORE... The installer showed up to day on time and was a very nice guy. These guys "overlooked" the order for the living room window. First the installer said that sales has a signed copy of my invoice stating that I did not order that window which was quickly changed to "We overlooked the windows and you will get that in 2 weeks" which is 4 weeks in reality from this experience. I was told by the installer that I will get a call from "Sales" which of course I have not. I have called and left a message but no response. I am reducing their customer service review to a 4 from a 6. The installer also said that they want me to pay part of my balance owing and the remaining after installation which I have declined to do. I want everything completed before I pay the second half. I am also awaiting a "call" from them which I have been waiting for for 3 weeks now. very very very disappointed. They want me to pay
