I advise anyone to avoid using Hudson! Their prices are very high and their service is very poor. I stored 4 boxes and 1 bicycle with them for many months - and paid an ongoing monthly fee, which was not cheap. When I asked for this small number of items to be delivered back to my home, only a few kilometers away from the storage facility, I was charged the astronomical price of almost $450. I can say I will never use this mover again and suggest that anyone looking to book them, look elsewhere.

I found the Boiler Shoppe after a disasterous experience with Reliance (note - avoid Reliance!). They fixed everything with my boiler and installed a ductless AC unit at a fair price. Super nice guys and wonderful competent service.

Do NOT use this company. They have terrible products, and terrible customer service. They sold me a ductless air conditioner that has not worked from day 1. They refuse to replace it, and stopped answering any emails or calls once they had their money. Beware ! Spend your money elsewhere.

A HUGE disappointment..... I hired Hudson because of their reputation. They certainly charge a lot more than other movers and I happily accepted this thinking they would take good care of my things. They LOST 2 irreplaceable Persian carpets during a short move within Toronto. What made matters worse, when I asked about the loss I was curtly told 'you should have bought insurance'. No apology, no concern whatsoever. Don't pay the extra for Hudson, it's not worth it. Look elsewhere for your moving needs.

I have used Sky Kitchens twice to renovate a kitchen. Each time, I have received excellent service and follow up. When something was not quite right, it was rectified immediately. Price is very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

My experience with this company was not a good one. Karin is not very responsive. In particular when I approached her to do the touch up work that was promised as part of the contract she did not return my messages, ultimately claiming it was too late. Also one area of my kitchen was missed completely by the painter, and not rectified. He also did things like paint over nails left in the wall by the previous owner rather than pull them out of the wall. Overall, pretty shoddy work. I would look elsewhere for a painter.

Sorry to hear you were not happy with our service after a call back of 6 months. I do recall you being quite satisfied once the painting was completed while you were on holidays. We came thru for you at that time and we finished on record time. Unfortunately, we explained after 6 months paint colour changes on walls and it would of shown a difference that you would have had to paint the complete walls. Had you called us 1-2 months we would have been more than happy to do touch-ups for you. Best of luck

I was (the impoerant word being was) a customer of ADT security for my home alarm system for 15 years. When I called to try to make arrangements to transition my system to a new address, I had nothing but trouble. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get someone to help me. Despite the number of years I remained loyal to the company, I was treated disrespectfully. Frankly ADT could have cared less about me as a customer! So I am changing to another provider. I would suggest anyone thinking of using ADT stay away.

We have renovated our entire house and have dealt with many many retailers of various types. We have had mixed results with TASCO. The main problem has been customer service: when we received our gas range, we were very unhappy with how it functioned and requested an exchange for a more expensive model for which we were prepared to pay the difference. Initially TASCO absolutely refused to exchange the product (claiming it was 'used'), and suggested we sell the range on consignment through them at a financial loss to us, then purchase a new range at full price. After a lot of discussion with them, and escalation to the manager, they facilitated an exchange and upgrade. In a nutshell, the frontline customer service staff were not at all helpful but the manager was excellent. A bit of caveat emptor - TASCO doesn't have a return or exchange policy and the salepeople aren't forthcoming in telling the buyer this information.
