Corey and team recently helped us out with our home renovation and I would highly recommend them. The scope of the project included, new ductwork for the basement, new return vents in the basement and main level, new exhaust fans and venting for the washrooms, new water heater and a new vent for a downdraft cook top. If you need electrical work done I strongly recommend calling Dan first. We recently went through a major renovation that included rewiring almost all of the house and I could not be more happy with the level of service we got from Dan and his team. Dan is easy to work with and made the electrical portion of the reno so easy for us. Everything was done to perfection and on time. When almost everyone else had delays in their timelines Dan and team went above and beyond by working after hours to make sure we could stick to our timeline and move in. If you need storage I would highly recommend calling Blue Sky first. We rented two containers from Mike for several months as we went through a major renovation. We stored one container on our driveway and another at the Blue Sky facility. Both containers were spotless and scheduling was a breeze. It was a pleasure working with Mike. Romildo did a fairly major project for me recently, scope included new drywall and mudding/taping the basement, main level and 4 washrooms, additionally the rest of the house was skim coated throughout. Romildo is an honest and hard working guys and tries to make sure that you are happy. Apart from a couple of delays with hanging drywall (resource issue), the project went smooth. Romildo is quick to respond to inquiries and took care of any concerns.

Karol recently did a fairly large framing project for us and I am extremely pleased with the results. The scope included removal of a load bearing wall, full basement framing and some floor plan modifications on the main and upper level. Firstly, Karol is extremely professional and easy to communicate with, scheduling was easy and he understood exactly what I was looking for. Secondly, the quality of work speaks for itself, the building inspectors noted specifically that the work was done above code. Lastly, Karol was very resourceful, even with a shortage of LVLs in our area, he was able to get us the LVLs we needed and keep the project on track. I would highly recommend Karol.

Kevin and team replaced the roof for us recently and I am very pleased with the results. Kevin is extremely professional and will go out of his way to ensure satisfaction. His prices were reasonable and he used high quality shingles to achieve the look we wanted. Thanks Kevin

Dre and team helped me out with a fairly major demolition, almost every part of the house was touched. Scope included drywall removal, insulation removal, complete basement gut, removal of several walls, and complete removal of all flooring throughout the house. Dre is very personable, professional and easy to work with. He was on time and completed the entire project in less than 2 days. I would hire dre again.

Anwar and team helped us draft floor plans for a fairly large renovation throughout the house. The scope included changes in almost every room and a new floor plan for the basement as well. Additionally, they also created drafts for exterior elevation changes, including a new porch and larger windows. We have submitted the drawings to the city and are awaiting approval. From the start Anwar was very responsive and addressed my concerns and suggested options to expedite the process. The drawings were created and handed over to us much earlier then we had expected and Anwar continues to be engaged in the process. Thanks Anwar.

Laszlo and team refinished the hardwood flooring on our main level. Overall we are extremely pleased with the service provided and would definitely hire them again. We had classic paving replace our asphalt driveway with exposed aggregate concrete and a stamped concrete border. Tiago, Joe and Samantha were all amazing to work with. You can tell Joe knows what he is doing, everything was done as we expected and looks great. We have gotten complements from everyone who has seen the driveway. I would recommend them.

We had Krys finish a rec room and a play area in our new place and we are very happy with the finished project. Initially we had gotten estimates from a few highly rated contractors on HomeStars. Krys's estimate was not the lowest but was not the most expensive either. I really liked Krys's flexibility in working with us to make sure that the project comes in within our budget. The work was completed on time and the end result speaks for itself. Everyone involved in the project did a fantastic job from framing to drywall to trim and doors. I would definitely recommend Krys and will certainly hire him again for any other renovations.

Our basement contractor had Scott and team install insulation in our basement and we are extremely staisfied with the work they did. You can tell they are professionals and know what they are doing. To top it off Scott is a great guy to work with, very personable and professional.

Urals completed my move last week and I am extremely satisfied with the work they did. All of the guys worked tirelessly and were extremely careful with all of belongings. All of the furniture was packed properly and made it to the new place without a scratch. I would highly recommend them.

Had Hossein and team install 23 interior and 6 exterior potlights for me. I have had other top rated companies install potlights before with good results but can say that Hossein was the most professional. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time and knocked everything out in no time. Everyone was super polite and left the place as it was before they started. I would highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! The whole process was unbelievably easy, from the quote to the measurement and finally to the installation. Couldn’t have been any better. If you need glass replaced no need to look anywhere else.

Had them come in and extend a second floor downpipe. It was really easy to schedule, gave them a picture and they came and did the work while we were away. I would recommend.
