We had a schedule appointment several weeks ago and had this day delayed because of rain. Now it has happened again, rain caused another delay. They should change their policy whereby if someone is delayed twice, say, someone has to get bumped so OUR job can get completed. We have had our summer so disrupted with delays but it’s a bit unfair. Was to get a call back from “Ingrid” to discuss but I guess she doesn’t care about the feedback to make the scheduling more fair.

I was told that a supplier would have a washer part in two weeks, now it's 6 weeks!! Enercare takes no responsibility for this third party out of the USA. Are they caring? Nope. Waiting for the part from mainland China, almost certain. My daughter has an 8 month old and no washer machine. If I knew this would take this long, I would not have taken out their service contract. Very very frustrating. Company offered to give me $100 for the purchase of a new washer but the one getting fixed is 6 years old and not spending $1100 on a new washer. Very very disappointed with Enercare and telling everyone my story!!!! Fed up with these over promises of great service.
