I was told that a supplier would have a washer part in two weeks, now it's 6 weeks!! Enercare takes no responsibility for this third party out of the USA. Are they caring? Nope. Waiting for the part from mainland China, almost certain. My daughter has an 8 month old and no washer machine. If I knew this would take this long, I would not have taken out their service contract. Very very frustrating. Company offered to give me $100 for the purchase of a new washer but the one getting fixed is 6 years old and not spending $1100 on a new washer.
Very very disappointed with Enercare and telling everyone my story!!!! Fed up with these over promises of great service.
