So much storage in our new and efficient AyA kitchen, we have a drawer dedicated to all our potato chips and popcorn snacks! We are very pleased and excited to have AyA kitchen installed in our home. This was one of the best renovation decisions we have ever made! We chose AyA Kitchen, because they manufacture and install their own product. If we are spending this much money, then the best choice is the personal service offered by AyA Kitchen. Lucia Basnakova designed an efficient kitchen to replace an old worn down kitchen. An expert, Mathew Murphy, installed our kitchen and an inspector came to review the work. All our questions answered and any adjustments were immediately addressed. This gave us a renovation peace of mind. Lucia Basnakova, our kitchen designer, did a great job to ensure that we have abundant storage. Large drawers allow pots and small appliances to be stored out of sight. She managed to install a handy four level basket storage system in place of a “lazy-susan”. This is our favourite feature in the kitchen! Lucia applied great use of space, so that the toaster and slow cooker do not have to be moved when in use. We love the under cabinet lights and the overall look of the kitchen We are very happy to have our sink centred nicely to the kitchen window. Lucia designed the kitchen to accommodate the whole family and have a smooth flow with our dining room. We have generous counter tops. The two floating shelves give an airy and open feel to the kitchen. We love this feature too! Lucia and the entire AyA Kitchen team were very helpful from design to completion. The help went beyond the kitchen design. We even received guidance in the floor colour selection, so it would work nicely with the new kitchen cabinets. The system was Installed and it works. The sales person, Daryl K, was very helpful and clearly explained what would be done before the installation, what the finished install would look like, and that it would be done in one day. He was also very clear in explaining the air exchange pipes that would be installed. Daryl made sure that we had the proper power supply to handle the new equipment. Enercare sent an electrician and a supervisor to check the electrical setup and power source. The installation team was late on arrival, due to an emergency, but the “APlus...” installers that were sent, instead of the “Enercare” team, did a very good job. We are happy to have a comfortable home with AC again. We chose to rent the unit from Enercare. It was the better option for us. Thank you, BD (Mississauga, ON)

Thank you for being prompt and going above and beyound to help with our renovation. A friend recommended Gigi to us, and we are so very thankful! Gigi provided the knowledgeable person to tile our hallway. They did a nice subway tile design, even though that took more time to complete. Our hallway is very inviting and all lines are straight. Next, we asked Gigi to install the back-splush tiles for our newly renovated kitchen. Again, the tile was done beautifully, with attention to detail. We had marble tiles with slight different shadings on them. The tilers made sure to do the installation, so the that we would get the maximum impact of the colours on the tiles. We did not even ask, but the results were just beautiful! Gigi and his workers kept our environment as clean as possible. Gigi even took me shopping to pickup the desired transition pieces for the floor. We continue to employ GC General Contracting, because Gigi educates us, as well as give us the most reasonable price. Best of all, Gigi and his team start and complete each job. We also appreciate his honesty and "get it done on time" approach! Thank you, Belinda

Thank you! Rene and Juan Carlos, you have brought light and made our basement feel very welcoming. Our basement needed to be demolished and all electrical including the main box replaced. Rene was prompt on arrival on the first visit. He spoke softly and gave us advice on what was possible and timeline. He gave us a written contract and we followed with many questions, but he always explained with advice that would save money and still give us good results. There were many revisions to the contract, because he highlighted points that woke us up to other possibilities that could further enhance the basement. Rene, Juan and their team arrived promptly on the start date, and they stayed true to their work schedule until the basement was completed. They were very clean. All the demolished walls were taken away on the same day, so there was no big garbage bin in our driveway. We were very PLEASED...Thank you for keeping the PROCESS CLEAN! We chose to install a very dark floor, and Rene stained the new stairs to match the floor colour perfectly. Rene needed to travel for Christmas, so he, Juan and Alex came and layed the flooring on a Saturday. This meant we could use the space if needed. They resumed work as promised on January 4th. Juan worked tirelessly to paint the space beautifully... this included the laundry room floor. We were surprised to see that Juan even painted the floor behind the heating unit. Great Job!!! Rene and Juan Carlos exceeded our expectations. They also arranged for all inspections and gave us the proper documents to show approval of the work. Thank you Greg for your prompt response and great job done! Replaced 6 screens and 2 tough window cranks nicely and left property cleaned. Always communicated on back orders as replacement cranks were hard to find. Price was very good. Thanks and Much appreciated! Bel D
