Even though this was a small job, Ivan arrived as promised, did a thorough check to determine the problem, came back and fixed it (as well as some other potential future leakage areas) the following day. Great clearing the driveway. They use large snow blowers, not just a truck with a plow. So-so with shovelling the front steps, which is done manually, and not timely enough. I had to do my own steps numerous times although I paid to have them done. Spoke to them twice about it, then decided its easier to do it myself.

Francesco and his crew did the entire job with great attention to detail. He went to lengths in describing what needed to be done. They did the job quickly (less than three days), matched the existing grout wherever possible, and cleaned up afterwards. The chimney repair was especially impressive as it required a lot of skillful repair. He and his men were professional, and gentlemen. I would hire him and his team again in a minute.
