Called Raider's team to come and do some preventative work on our soffits to prevent raccoons or other large species from entering. Compared to the wire mesh approach used by other companies, Raider used a sheet metal barrier which blended well with the existing soffit color. They also secured the soffit sections at the corners of the house with screws. The work was done on time and at a reasonable cost. I wouldn't hesitate to call Raider for further work if required in the future!

We needed to get a pre-inspection done on a house we were considering in the Welland area. In the late afternoon, our normal Niagara-area inspector who wasn't available that evening contacted Aaron to see if he could help us out and he was able to come on extremely short notice to do a rapid, but efficient risk-based assessment of the property. Aaron was like Batman with the gadgets - moisture meter, visual thermometer, super-sized selfie stick to be able to take photos of the roof without having to climb on it, and a great collapsible ladder that I'll want to pick up for myself. If we ever need to get an inspection done in that area again, Aaron will definitely get a call from us!

Before placing an offer on a property in St. Catharines, I wanted to get a quick pre-inspection done to avoid any surprises. George was very responsive, professional and showed up on time and was efficient in his use of the limited time we had by focusing on the highest risk systems within the house. He identified a key finding in the process which helped us tremendously in our decision-making. I wouldn't hesitate to use George again for any future inspections!

Neil arrived at the scheduled time and spent a little over an hour replacing my existing faucet. He had to do a little ad hoc wood removal to attach the new one and replaced the initially installed cold water supply hose as it was leaking. The work was done professionally and quickly!

Wanted to take advantage of GreenON's rebate for insulation and called EcoComfort based on their positive testimonials on Homestars. Got a reasonably accurate estimate by phone and booked the appointment. The install crew showed up as scheduled just after 8 AM and wrapped the work up within a couple of hours. They put down enough drop sheets and took their shoes off while entering and exiting the house that the cleanup afterwards was minimal. Now I just have to wait a couple of months for the rebate check!

We received a personal recommendation about Jim's work from three of our friends. Jim spent a lot of time walking us through the options for replacing our existing cabinet doors, handles & hinges and gave us the pros and cons of each. The work was completed in a quality fashion ahead of schedule (he had estimated up to two days and it was completed within a single day) and the work looks great! The work was completed and cleanup was done well.

Called them to schedule an estimate for our furnace replacement - Mike was able to come over within a couple of hours on the same day and not only was their price better than I expected but he was able to schedule the installation for the very next day. Adam and Adam completed the installation well within the estimated five hours and left our house very clean - they took pains to remove their boots whenever they had to step off the drop-cloths.

One of our basement pipes leading to the garage burst during the last cold snap after 5 PM on a weekday evening. Vlad came within an hour and did an efficient, quality job of not only fixing that issue but also doing some preventative maintenance on the pipe leading to the back of the house. He also took care to cover his shoes whenever he entered the house.

Estimate & sales process was very professional as was the measuring & installation. Work was done on time and the windows look great. Atlantic replaced most of the windows in our previous house and they were my preferred choice for our current house.

Work involved: + Removal of all grass from front yard and creation of two large flower beds with stone edging. + Removal of all grass in back yard, and extending the existing interlocking (using same type of stones) to cover entire yard. Work was very competitively priced and completed within estimated duration. Daimon's crew worked very hard and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards - no need for us to do any further clean up. Interlocking work was extremely professional and proper grade/slope away from house was taken into consideration. Daimon also made some recommendations for remediation on the original interlocking which will be done in the spring.

Needed to get a basement's worth of old insulation (fibreglass batt) removed from my unfinished basement. Jorge did a thorough inspection, was flexible on pricing, and his team of three were able to very cleanly remove the insulation - no visible fibres were present afterwards. For this kind of work, I'd have no hesitation with using or recommending JCH!

Had our ducts cleaned after doing the hardwood replacement in our new house. Paul arrived on time, explained the whole process to us, did a thorough job of cleaning each vent and left no mess! The whole process took just over two hours and was the most complete duct cleaning we've ever had. I'd have no hesitation with having Paul return in a couple of years to help us again.
