Jesse is one of the best contractors I have dealt with. He replaced our balcony railings recently. He is an honest broker, knowledgeable about his craft, very meticulous in his work approach, takes pride in doing top notch work, very reasonable pricing using quality materials, very easy to talk to and to top it all - he is an all-round decent individual. He is ably assisted by Fabby who handled all the phone calls / text messages and Saed his install assistant. Will recommend Jesse's company to others in a heartbeat.

Michael was very responsive from the moment we contacted him on a saturday morning regarding our dryer (German made) showing a F01 code and him securing a new control board the same day and doing the replacement the following day (sunday). Pleasant and knowledgeable technician whom we plan to use for all future appliance repairs.

Mike and his crew did a very professional job in removing a 40 ft+ Golden Locust tree in our backyard without causing damage to the fences, etc. The arborist (also named Mike) was very skilled in how he lassoed the 4 tall thick branches and precisely cut notches so that crew members could pull each branch with its large spread onto my backyard for pruning, wood chipping, etc... Stump grinding and clean-up was top-notch as well. Very pleasant folks to deal with. Will recommend this company anytime!

Sohail responded promptly and had Felix at my place in good time. Felix was meticulous in how he approached his work over two days to prime and apply two top coats to the fibregalss doors. He was professional and engagingly answered my questions - a pleasure to deal with.

I had a problem with my garage door opener and Chris and assistant came by the next morning and very quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced some parts and got it working properly. Helped to replace batteries and program the remotes as well. He also mentioned that LED lights in the Opener sometimes interfered with the signal to the built-in car remotes (which we experienced). Replaced with non LED lights. Found Chris to be knowledgeable, helpful, straight shooter and someone you can trust to do a good job. Highly recommended. As an update, recently my garage door was opening and closing intermittently on its own.I suspected it was caused by a neighbour's remote being inadvertently programmed to my opener. On the phone Chris walked me through how to fix this problem. He had also a few months ago dropped by to check a noise I was having in my garage door while opening and diagnosed the issue correctly and no charge for stopping by. Chris is a one of a kind service contractor - decent and very customer friendly and knows his craft well. Will recommend him always.

There is a reason Galaxy Windows has such a high rating on Homestars. From Alex (in the head office) to Dmitri (Sales) to the installers Alex, Vlad and Roman - the entire team exudes professionalism to their trade. It is very clear customer service is a high priority for them. Not a common trait these days. Dmitri helped us choose the right upgrade windows to fit our home and patiently answered all our questions and provided a competitive price. He and Alex in the Head Office were always quick to respond on follow up questions and provided the necessary information before installation plus questions to be answered to qualify for the GreenOn rebate program. Dmitri even showed up onsite for quality control checks during the installation process. The install team of Alex (who also did the initial measurements), Vlad and Roman were very meticulous, careful and worked very well as a team to install 20 windows (plus some ancillary work) in under 2 1/2 days. They were also very courteous, cleaned up everyday and answered any questions we had. I am glad we had this quality team to install the upgraded windows. Simply top-notch! No hesitation in recommending Galaxy Windows to people we know. Update on May 21st 2019 - There was an issue with the siding enclosing the lower half of a bay window at the back. Alex in the head office was very responsive about doing some research and when his team (Alex the chief installer and assistant Roman) showed up with options, it was easy for me to make a decision on the resolution. Very pleased with the after-install customer service and professionalism.

Sam quickly diagnosed the cause of the Dryer not having heat and methodically dismantled the various Dryer pieces, cleaned all lint that he saw, replaced the heating element and put all the Dryer pieces back again. Dryer now working as it should. Sam is very thorough and a true professional. Would not hesitate to recommend him for any appliance repair.

Wojtek visited my home and my son's home and was very thorough and professional in his explanations of what he found in the attic and what his team was going to do to get to the R60 insulation level, air seal as required and install an exhaust roof vent. Brandon and Paul came a few weeks later and went about their work in a very professional and meticulous way. They cleaned up and answered all questions we had. They showed me the before and after pictures. It was very clear that the Ecocomfort team do attic insulation very well and took pride in doing a great job for their customers. They also took care of the GreenOn rebate submission with minimal input from us. I have already recommended them to several of my neighbours.

John (the owner of the business) is an ultimate professional who believes in quality workmanship and does what he says he will do. He has a team of specialists for the different steps of the stamped concrete process. It was evident that John and his team members are skilled and take pride in doing a good job. They were friendly and ever ready to answer questions. Very impressed with the end result - already getting good reviews from my neighbours. Using Dufferin Concrete for the concrete is a testament to their commitment in delivering a quality product. Want to thank John (who exudes confidence and leadership), Adela (great communications), Victor (amazing job on the front Jewel Stone porch and fixing my side gate) and the whole crew for a job well done. Vlad, the diagnostic lead is a very knowledgeable individual. He explained clearly what his team would be doing and answered all my questions. Michael and team showed up on time and worked very hard and were very methodical in their approach - removing interlock, excavating, applying hydraulic cement, rubberized bituminous membrane, light poly cover, structural air gap membrane, new weeping tile, video camera inspection, etc.. After interlock re-installed, they cleaned up the area. This is a very professional team (including Bordahna the Customer Service contact) that I would not hesitate to recommend.

Want to recognize Frank and his team who recently installed my windows/patio door. They were very professional and experienced. Very satisfied with the quality of their work. This somewhat offset the lacklustre communication from the Sales person and installation scheduler.

When I met Raphael and Eric I was impressed with their professionalism and product knowledge. The work started on the agreed date and together with a third member Chris they completed all the exterior painting and the work on the garage floor (which included surface scrapes, citric acid etch following a full diamond grind, power washes, 2 coats of Macroepoxy and 2 coats of armour seal) within the agreed timeframe and to a high quality finish. Very impressed especially with the work done on the garage floor. They are young entrepreneurs who are sincere in wanting to do a good job and please their clients. It is rare in this industry to find contractors whom you feel you can trust to do what they said they will do. These gentlemen go the extra mile to please their clients. Strongly recommend them.
