New Look replaced all of our windows on time and without any issues. Alex provided a competitive quote and the friendly installation crew arrived earlier than expected on installation day. What was suppose to be a 2 day job was one only as they stayed late to complete the work. The clean up was good. I would have no problem recommending New Look to a friend.

They showed up on time to move our 4 br home, and each of the 5 man team introduced themselves. They respected our furniture, carefully wrapped every piece, and worked steadily while enjoying their work. They supplied packing blankets, arranged storage and put everything away as compactly as possible...all in 6 hours with a lunch break. From Paul in sales to Brendon and his team, we were very impressed. We couldn't ask for more.

Home Stars should have a 12 rating - Steve earned it! He came on time, looked at the problem, explained it to me, devised a creative and effective fix, and was finished in 10 minutes. The door works perfectly! I asked the price and he said $0 - he was in the immediate neighborhood and it was no problem. Thanks so much Steve.

We had a leak in the main shut off valve to the house, and needed to co-ordinate with the city to shut off the water, get the valve replaced, and turn the water back on. We scheduled the shut-off and Valentin arrived 20 minutes later. He discovered that the piping was not compatible with any available valve, so needed to leave to find an alternative. He returned about 40 minutes later, installed a new valve using reducers. After the water was turned on, he confirmed with us by phone that the leak was repaired. He did not charge extra for the additional time. He was on time, as quoted, clean and willing to work within the timelines of the city. Can't ask for more.

Our furnace was over 20 years old and we decided to replace it before it failed. We had 3 quotes. Fred's quote was very competitive and both my wife felt very comfortable with the information and suggestions that Fred provided, and that we were not being oversold on anything. Fred's installation crew arrived exactly on time for the switch and when they left, they cleaned everything and removed all the old parts. Drop cloths were used to protect our carpets and flooring. They took the time to review the workings of the new unit. Fred followed up that evening and ensured the paperwork for applicable rebates was processed for us, and that we were happy with the installation. There was some confusion regarding the paperwork -( my fault) - and Fred returned my call and answered my question immediately. So far there have been no issues with the furnace; it is operating as expected. Cozy world did a great job and are total professionals. We would happily recommend them to anyone.

North Shore did a great job at competitive pricing. Trevor was very pleasant and left the site clean. The job was done on time. Despite a minor change on the day the work was completed, there was no added charge.

Valhalla did a great job on some very difficult areas, and exceded our expectations. They were on time and priced exactly as quoted. Happy to recommend them, and will use them again.

Nestor had worked for us in the past, so was a natural choice for some more work. He answered promptly, had the work completed extremely satisfactorily on time and as quoted. I'd recommend him to anyone.
