We gutted our ensuite bathroom shower and installed tile. Replaced the the bathroom floors and toilets in both our bathrooms. From the first moment I met Neil I felt very comfortable. He is very professional and confident with his skills and knowledge and provided me with some great suggestions. I communicated with him mostly by text and he responded in an acceptable timeframe; always same day. He was always on time and very conscious of letting me know what next steps were. The 2nd week he was here we were away on vacation. He kept in touch and when we returned we were very impressed at how well he cleaned up. We love the finished product!!! I am SO happy with my renovations. Neil was phenomenal-- It was a real pleasure to work with him and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Jan's were prompt and provided excellent service. Fixed the arm on awning which was not level. The first company we used to put up our awning refused to fix it as they said it as too difficult. Jan's had it done in a couple of hours. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Had the material in our awning replaced. When they put the awning back up one of the awning arms was dropped lower than the other. When we asked them to fix it they said it was too hard to fix and wouldn't do anything. We had to call another company who came out and fixed it with no problem

We had a terrible experience with Hickory Dickory Decks. Contractors would show up one day and then we would not see them for days or a week. Very poor communication. 2 week timeframe turned into a 3 month project. Poor quality workmanship. Would never Recommend them.
