Called Andy and he gave me a close estimate on the phone. Booked an appointment and paid deposit based on the reviews here. 3 weeks later he called and set a date for the install. 5 days later (dealing with rain too), we had a well light centre of the house which was usually dark! We are extremely happy. Trustworthy guy as I was not home most of the day. I would use him again and suggest you do to!! His price is better than all the other quotes I received.

I manage a property in east york which got termites. I called them and they promptly came and did the treatment with a guarantee. My tenants were satisfied with the quality of work and non disturbance too.

This was a replacement door for a property I manage in the Beaches, Luca did a great job, the tenants and landlord were very happy with the quality of work and the price. I use him for all my window and door requirements.

This was the 2nd door I had installed from them in 6 months. One was at a rental property and now on my personal residence. I have also referred them to a couple of clients. Their prices are good, hence I will put up with the subpar communication, average service and grumpy installers. Went to select a door, Dave the owner did not mention at that time that the promotional windows that were included were only insulated/thermal on the 2 inch insulated door. We ordered the 1 3/8 inch door at which time he did not say the windows were not insulated on this width door. After the install we realized the windows were not double pane. Called and left 5-6 messages for Dave and an email, but did not get a response, so I went to the showroom and he said he did not recall our conversation even though I had notes on the brochure. He just said the the insulated windows only came with the 2 inch door which he had not said at our initial meeting. He offered to replace the ones which came in the door with thermal units for an extra $190, which I declined. Moral of the story is if you are going to use Adams, make sure everything is CLEARLY in writing when you discuss it with Dave at the time of booking the order. Will only refer them with extreme caution and no liability except decent price.

Trish was super efficient, friendly and good communicator. Every trades person should have one like her and they would all be a pleasure to deal with :-) This for for a property I manage. Roof was done in a timely manner and we are sure it will stand the test of time.

Robert and his team did an excellent job, very professional in providing the quote, very professional in following up a day before and very professional in getting the job done with no mess at all. I am a realtor and property manager so will be recommending them to future clients for sure.

Called Danny from the Oakville Beaver, he came in on a Saturday, had the part with him, but was not the right one, so promised to come back Tuesday, got the right part fixed it and was super friendly and cost effective. Old guy with years of experience, I have already fwd his number to a friend of mine.

Was in a crunch to find a helper to freshen up my client's place with a coat of paint as they were moving out on Friday and the new tenants were moving in Saturday. Taylor responded to my ad, even though I would not expect him to do such odd last minute jobs, but he stepped up, was there early, neat, clean, professional & polite. He did a great job, no muss no fuss. I have already given his number to a couple of friends and will not hesitate promoting him to others I know.

Got my kitchen installed in March 2010. I prefer to leave reviews when things are fully completed, so hence I am writing a review now. The product is ok for the price. It's what I agreed to pay for based on what I saw and chose, but would not get the same again. It's the customer service the company needs to work on and improve. My suggestion to the President is that he can improve service quality of his business multifold by training his staff specially as it is a family run show. Its not professional in any industry to be defensive and blame customers in writing that too. If there is an issue fix it and everone is happy with a resolution. Be transparent, if repair/warranty will take 6 weeks as product is coming from Manitoba clarify that so the customer is aware. Always under promise over deliver not the other way around.

just bought te house a year ago roof was 3 years old, usual shoddy job by homedepot subcontractor, when called them they said new owner no warranty, like I have been jumming on my roof after buying the home. Elvis came by in 45 minutes speant a couple of hours fixed it showed me pics and guaranteed me 5 years on the repair. super guy, efficient and good cost. will be passing on him as a referral for sure.

very personalized service, after the install the owner came to check everything personally to make sure there was no mess or nails left around as noticed I had toddlers and only then took the payment. he still needs to install 2 extensions after my driveway gets repaved so offered to take only 90% of the payment and balance when he finished the job 100%, this for me is excellent service. 100% go with these guys, I for sure will be telling everyone I know about them.

Just a quick note to say thank you for your excellent service, my items all arrived in Toronto on time and in perfect condition.
