I had a central vacuum installed a couple of months ago, and I'm loving the product. It's so quiet. After the installation was done, there was some mess left behind. It would have been nice had everything been cleaned up. There was a discrepancy of knowledge between the seller and installer regarding best practices of running the pvc pipes between floors. Nothing too worrisome on my behalf, but maybe the customer should do some extra research (can the return system be used for the central vacuum pipes?) The accessories package I was sold, may have been a bit overkill. It came with a carpet accessory, but I don't have any carpet. Was there a cheaper package without the carpet accessory that I wasn't notified about? Other than these three comments, I think everything is great! Highly recommended.

I had my garage door replaced in 2010, and I'm still satisfied with the quality. The installation was well done, and the garage itself operates well still. One note, the door handle to lift the garage did fall off (it broke). I did try to order another one from Dodds, but they mentioned that I would be charged $150 just to send out someone to take a look, then give me a door handle. I just opted to glue the handle back on. I wish this could have been resolved in a better way, or I hope they make better door handles now (not plastic). The seal around the garage door is also starting to fade into a yellow, but not sure if there's seals out there that wouldn't fade.

Thank you for this review Raymond. Please note that the DODDS warranty is one year parts and labour. Since this door was purchased in 2010 it is now 6 years old so if any service work is required it would be a chargeable call.

It has been 6 years since I've had the patio door installed, and it's still holding well, no problems at all. From sale to installation, everything ran smooth. Highly recommended.

I really appreciate someone writing after six years. It's quite a challenge servicing 10,000 plus customers, but we're very proud that we've managed to do well so far in providing replacement deadbolts, caulking, trimming, door adjustments, window handles and more.

I had a great experience with Insta-Insulation's install and sales teams. They were very informative and friendly. All the work was done well (they let me inspect), and all the mess was cleaned up well. My house is noticeably warmer, and the furnace is running less. I would definitely recommend Insta-Insulation to others.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Clarke Basement systems. Michael Beighton did an excellent job in educating me about what my basements current issue was, and the multiple ways it could be resolved. Lucio Florel did a fantastic job installing the sump pump. He went beyond the call of duty in executing what we asked for, and he was informative as well. We couldn't be happier.
