I had a central vacuum installed a couple of months ago, and I'm loving the product. It's so quiet.
After the installation was done, there was some mess left behind. It would have been nice had everything been cleaned up.
There was a discrepancy of knowledge between the seller and installer regarding best practices of running the pvc pipes between floors. Nothing too worrisome on my behalf, but maybe the customer should do some extra research (can the return system be used for the central vacuum pipes?)
The accessories package I was sold, may have been a bit overkill. It came with a carpet accessory, but I don't have any carpet. Was there a cheaper package without the carpet accessory that I wasn't notified about?
Other than these three comments, I think everything is great! Highly recommended.
