Got a notice in the mail that my gas meter needed to be changed. I booked to have someone come out and do that. The technician came and gave me a violation that quite frankly should have been handled when my water heater was changed last year by whoever they sent out. So I was not told of any charge to have a reinspection done but that should the repair (which I was told my husband could do...heck I could have done it), that if the repair wasn't done, that they would come out anyway and charge me $70 plus hst. So my husband does the work and after taking forever to get through to Enbridge, I'm told that it will be $70 plus tax for a technician to show up. I'm like WHAT??? that was never relayed to me. Not even on their voicemail for Enbridge does it say anything like that. So, I ask to speak with a supervisor and I'm told that one would call me (as there allegedly were none on Sundays) So Monday I get a call and I the on the voice message, the woman did not leave her name, nor a direct contact number to reach her at...yet she blithered on about this $70 charge. Had I been told about this charge from jump street, then I wouldn't dispute, but that wasn't the case. So today I call them back to get this foolishness handled and the guy who came was in and out of here in less than 5 minutes. So $70 for some guy to take a flashlight and see some cut drywall. Unbelievable. This is not the first dreadful experience I've had with this company.

I needed a new garage door and opener. Of all the places I looked into, I decided to go with Dodds. The salesperson I had was decent, but dropped the ball many times from prior to the purchase to just after the purchase. I had to contact the company a few times in the interim. I ended up ordering the door I wanted and was told 4-6 weeks. When I ended up contacting the company to find out approximately when the installation would occur, I was told that the door hadn't even begun being built. I was told that the 3rd party company had not received adequate information from Dodd's. That 3rd party company ended up on Christmas holiday shut down. So when my door should have been installed probably mid December, it wasn't actually installed until the end of January. I was told that they would "do something for me" and well I got a whopping $175 off of the capping for the door and that was it. For an over $10000.00 purchase and for such a delay I was shocked. Now, I have other doors I wanted replaced at a later date, but I won't ever use this company again. I even had asked about French doors for my patio and the salesperson said that a particular person would be in touch with me. Well that never occurred. And when I contacted the company about that, I was told...they don't do those kinds of doors. I'm like what??? So as much as I like the door that I ordered and the two installers that came to my home...for that reason alone is why I give 2 stars.

Honestly great service. They really are efficient and are timely. I've never had any issues with them and have opted to keep them as my lawn care service provider from here on out.

I've used this company more than once and each time I have never had any issues. I've had the pleasure of meeting John and Skene on one occasion and Tim and Matt on another occasion. They really exceeded my expectations with their workmanship. I have recommended this company to others and will be using their services again shortly. Thanks for everything.

After another company failed to show up and provide a quote, and another company was way overpriced and took days to provide a quote, Pratema from First Choice Fence upon receiving a call from myself, promptly came out and gave me a quote. The work was done, along with cleanup and the removal of the old fence and my new fence looks fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to any others that I know are in need of their services.

After figuring out which company I wanted to go with in order for the installation of a metal roof, I opted to choose London Eco-Roof. I honestly can say that the process was rather seamless and the workmanship was great. All of the workers that worked on my home were friendly and really wanted to make certain that I was happy and that it was to my satisfaction. I am happy to be the first one on my street with such a product and I totally would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again for everything. Also, our salesperson Hakeem was such a kind man.
