GreenStream came right on time, explained what they were going to do, built a nice enclosure to ensure quarantine the area, did not damage any walls or furniture bringing their equipment in, and removed the mold. They cleaned up their work area beautifully as well. Found out that this company does work for school boards in southwest Ontario which was a huge bonus for me - means you can trust their work, especially since they have been vetted by several school boards!

Had a crack that was letting water into my finished basement. Got several quotes from three different companies. One company didn’t even come in and gave me quote over the phone while the other was going to do a concrete patch up for 5 times the price of DryShield. The exterior crack repair was completed in 1 day and the crew cleaned up beautifully. The interior crack injection was finished in 3 hours on a different day. Brian, Keith and Jake have done a great job to answer all my questions and ensured that the job was done properly. Keith was answering and booking appointments for me even while he was on vacation and out of town! Jake even came out to add extra caulking to the waterproof membrane. Some of it started to come loose 3 weeks later - Jake was quick to respond and fix it (I posted a pictures before it was repaired). Brian, who did the crack injection, was on time, answered all my questions and ensured that my floors weren’t damaged (the crack injection fluid can make quite the mess). He was very friendly. Just be aware that you’ll see 1” of the waterproof membrane above the grade of the soil. I’ve posted pictures so that you can see what I mean. It would’ve been better if the top of the membrane was at the same level as the top of the soil so that when I returned the interlocking, the waterproofing membrane would have been hidden. When I asked Jake (the project manager) he said that it needs to be installed that way for the 25 year warranty to be valid. Just something to keep in mind. Overall, the staff at DryShield are friendly, caring, and will get back to you to answer questions or resolve any issues you have within a day or two. Yes, it’s unfortunate that you’ll see the membrane but it’s better than a wet basement!

I was experiencing low hot water pressure throughout the entire house. I called Reliance and they sent a technician out the very next day. Gavin, the technician, was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions to ensure that I felt comfortable with the repair. He changed out both dip tubes and showed me where the obstruction was. I watched him the entire time and he was very meticulous with his work. He double checked his work and seals, gave me some easy maintenance tips, and cleaned up the area before he left. To be honest, I was going to switch hot water rental companies but after receiving excellent next-day repair service I have decided to stay with Reliance. If you can, I would ask for Gavin. He really takes his time and does an excellent job.

I was concerned about a section of my roof that was showing wear from years of water draining out of a downspout from the third story roof onto the second story roof. I got an inspection and quote from another company who wanted to replace 75% of the roof, costing me thousands. Wanting a second opinion, I called Mr.Roof Repair. Mr.Roof Repair sent out two technicians who were polite, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They inspected my entire roof, showed me pictures and were honest about the necessary repairs. All I needed at this time was to extend the downspout. They came back the following week and extended the downspout from the third story roof to directly discharge into the eavestrough of the second story roof. If you're looking for an honest company who isn't looking to make a quick buck with unnecessary repairs, I'd call Mr.Roof Repair. It's been over a year and a half since the repair and things are still looking good.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now. It has been over a year and our mirror still looks great. Igal did a great job. He hung a very heavy and expensive mirror by himself without damaging the mirror, wall, or hardwood floors. It was an usual mirror and the company who made the mirror positioned the hooks on the back awkwardly. Igal re-positioned them, hung the mirror and even secured the mirror to the wall with a bit of silicone (to prevent guests from nudging or moving the mirror inadvertently). I will definitely call him again for other projects as they arise.

Even though it was a small job, Danny squeezed me into his tight schedule. The sealant on my stamped concrete steps and walkway was scratched up, peeling, and delaminating. I told Danny that I was prepared to pay upwards of $2000 to have the old sealant chemically stripped and re-sealed. He was very honest with me and told me that we wouldn't have to do that. He used a chemical to re-emulsify the old sealant and re-sealed my concrete. It now has it's old shine back and looks great. Thanks Danny. I will be contacting you next year for some larger projects around the house.
