Friendly staff with quick replies. Competitive costs. Had one issue: a sales rep had come to my house to make sure our fireplace venting would work. He said it was no problem. Then when the installers came, they said they couldn't do it as it was supposed to be. Had to get masonry work done then reschedule the installers.

Closets were supposed to be installed on a Tuesday between 1-3... Nobody showed up by 3:20pm so I called. Receptionist said she'd call the installers and call back. 4pm I called her back, as she did not call me back. She said "what, they aren't there yet? let me call again and see". She called back 2 min later saying one of the installers got a fracture of some sort and was in the hospital (her voice seemed a bit suspicious)... Wouldn't you think they'd give the installers contact information? Rescheduled for Thursday between 10-11am. They did not show up by 11:30am, I called and she said they'd be another hour... The receptionist never once apologized. The installers finally came at 1:35pm. They wanted a break when they got here so they didn't start actually start installation until 2:30pm. The guys were friendly but they did not clean up after installation. Some edges of the closets are chipped or scratched. Took 2 guys 2.5 hours to install 5 closets.

Ordered 12 windows for our renovations. We ordered the windows only to have one delivered without the frame and another were the screw was stripped. We contacted Westeck only to find out the rep we bought from no longer worked there. The new rep blamed us for not looking over the order, though our original order says all windows need frames. Rep said we would have to pay for the frame and new window when it was their fault. We continued to be on contact with the rep, and he stopped contacting us (he was rude). We left several messages to speak to the manager, no contact has been made. What company doesn't contact customers when they are unhappy, and blames customers? Sorry rep, I know you want your commission but you certainly do outfit deserve it.
