I contacted Gutter Doctor and in short order Ali came by and gave a quote. A couple weeks later Ali returned and completed the job. The employees of a company make companies shine or not. Ali was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was thoughtful and respectful considering covid. I would recommend this company for certain.

Called for assistance to help with a dishwasher not working properly. Breanne was able to set up a same day appointment if necessary. Louis showed up the following day, quickly assessed the problem and provided a remedy. The customer service was great. From the immediate appointment booking to the phone call Louis provided well in advance saying he may be a few minutes late. All greatly appreciated.

Called Ace irrigation to come out for a leak in my underground irrigation system. Vien prioritized my call and had Ken and his partner come out in short order. They examined the system and found several areas where the micro lines had broken from the main supply line. They fixed the problem in a timely manner. They also provided general advice on the system and water times. Ken was easy to talk to and very professional.

I called on January 1, 2018 because my gas fireplace hadn't been working the past couple of days. I wasn't expecting a call back until the following day, but Trent called me back a couple of hours later. After trouble shooting my issue over the phone, Trent advised he figured he knew what the issue was and to wait a couple of days to see if it started working again. Well it did! Trent could have easily gouged me for a service call, but clearly has integrity and didn't. I would certainly recommend this company to family and friends or anyone wanting an honest company to deal with.

I had requested a Technician to attend and look at my furnace to diagnose an issue I was having. Steve from Advanpro showed up on time, was professional in disposition and appearance and proceeded to efficiently diagnose the issue I was having. Not only did he take the time to help with the reason why I called, but he also entertained looking at other issues I brought to his attention. He was knowledgable and didn't try to push any unnecessary work or products on me. It's guys like this that give a company a real good reputation and attract clients. I would absolutely recommend this company!
