Gutter Cleaning

Patrick came out to give me an estimate on my gutter cleaning and said that he couldn't clean my gutters but my roof needed some repairs. He spent very little time up on my roof doing repairs and then charged me $425.00.

Approximate cost of services:: $42,500.00

Company Response: We understand your concerns, but there were roof repairs that needed to be done that you agreed to have done and Patrick completed them properly at the approved price. Patrick has been doing roofing for over 30 years. The reason it was impossible to clean your gutters is that you have 'Alu-rex continuous hanger' style leaf screens that cannot be removed as they are literally holding up your gutters. In order to clean underneath the screens the gutters would need to be taken off the house and re-installed. At that point we recommend new gutters be installed with a removable type leaf screen so that future cleaning under the screens (if ever needed) can be done without having to remove the gutters from the house.

Gutter assessment and repair

Jerry from Gutter Doctor assessed my drainage and caught some problems for me. He explained throughly how he proposed to remedy things, and he got it done promptly.

Would deal with him and the company again.

I had received 3 quotes for the job and was pleased with both the price and how soon after arranging the job that it was completed. 5 star work from a 5 star crew. :)

Eavestrough cleaning

Jerry arrived and started working immediately. He was very professional, competent and friendly. He worked nonstop, completed the job within a couple of hours and did a fantastic cleanup job. We would recommend Gutter Doctor and Jerry anytime.
