Elements Gas Fireplace Service

This was by far the worst experience I ever had with any kind of service. Trent is so unreliable it is hard to explain. I paid $460 to have my 5 year old gas fire place repaired. Trent actually broke a part off and blamed the manufacturer for the part being installed too tight. He didn't seem to know what he was talking about regarding gas fireplaces. A job he told me would take about an hour ended up taking months to repair and several trips by Trent. He would not have the proper parts that he said he was bringing and always had excuses why he wasn't coming when scheduled. Please, do not use this company. My fireplace stopped working again roughly 10 months later and Trent has still not replied to my emails or voicemails. This company does not deserve to be in business. I do not usually write reviews but I felt people should be warned about this company. Do not believe the positive reviews. Avoid this company!!

We met Trent 5 or 6 years ago when we were having a problem with an older gas fireplace, that no one else was able to help us with. Trent was able to repair it and we have had him service all of our gas fireplaces ever since. Trent is professional, arrives at the scheduled time and always does a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend Elements Gas Fireplace Service and Trent and have done so many times.

We have a 25 year old fireplace that a previous service company said was unrepairable, and needed to be replaced for $5000. I called Trent, and he knew exactly what we needed, where to find the part and repaired our fireplace for $250! Wow. On time, responsive, knowledgeable and clean. I will use them from now on!

I called on January 1, 2018 because my gas fireplace hadn't been working the past couple of days. I wasn't expecting a call back until the following day, but Trent called me back a couple of hours later. After trouble shooting my issue over the phone, Trent advised he figured he knew what the issue was and to wait a couple of days to see if it started working again. Well it did! Trent could have easily gouged me for a service call, but clearly has integrity and didn't. I would certainly recommend this company to family and friends or anyone wanting an honest company to deal with.
