Furnace Broke Friday Called at 5pm, Technician arrived by 8 pm - Great !! Tried to fix, couldn't. Said needed new board but may be the ventor motor or blower. Start with circuit board which arrived next day. Didn't work. Saturday night furnace still not working. Sunday nothing. Got text from technician saying ventor motor will not be available until Tuesday and would come Tuesday night to replace. If successful almost 5 full days with no furnace in cold GTA February. Is this an acceptable amount of time??

Unbelievable. After having to wait almost a week for a repair appointment (which I have to take half day off work for), the technician after 40 minutes replaced the electrical board, then proceeds to tell me I need to replace compressor - which he doesn't have in the truck !!??!!! And now I'm waiting for them to call me to schedule another appointment to replace compressor - another 1/2 day off work. The technician told me for every compressor repair they need to come out twice ! Unfortunately my fridge is LG and I have to use a certified servicer so I'm stuck.
