Furnace Broke Friday
Called at 5pm, Technician arrived by 8 pm - Great !!
Tried to fix, couldn't. Said needed new board but may be the ventor motor or blower. Start with circuit board which arrived next day. Didn't work. Saturday night furnace still not working. Sunday nothing.
Got text from technician saying ventor motor will not be available until Tuesday and would come Tuesday night to replace.
If successful almost 5 full days with no furnace in cold GTA February.
Is this an acceptable amount of time??
