Debris in dishwasher could not be removed from filter. Technicians dismantled unit, removed debris, and got dishwasher running. Very fast response through Homestars, polite, and professional.

Duct cleaning and bacteria treatment in single, detached home. On schedule, as advertised , and pleasant helpful staff (Deshawn). Would use again. Took approximately 5 days from initial order to completed work. 2 1/4 hours of labour.
Squirrels (Twice). Excellent work by Blake at Gates Wildlife
Squirrels nesting in chimney. Fixed with first visit. Two weeks later, squirrels found another way into roof (not related to chimney). We were charged much less for the second visit, despite the fact that the problem wasn't related to the first job. Blake dealt with both quickly and accurately. He is one of the more professional and conscientious contractors I've dealt with. Will definitely use Gates again.

Individuals that not only care about the animals but are kind to their customers as well. I tell them to put themselves in the customers shoes and do what feels right. In your particular situation, you had just paid us to solve one problem and it just wouldn't feel right to charge you full price a second time.
