I'm a big supporter of local service and repair companies. I've had many experiences with the (Big Companies) but the small family-owned companies have never let me down and Ryan My Fireplace Guy is no exception. Their tech, Ronan went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did he do an amazing job of cleaning our gas insert, but he also returned a second time to repair a gas leak that my wife and I didn't know about. On top of that, the owner Ryan came over to double check that we would be safe and reassured us that all was well. Now that's service! 10 STARS ALL DAY!

We have a dual-purpose hot water tank that needed some TLC as some copper piping had sprung a leak and water was spraying all over our furnace room. I called Official Plumbing, and they were able to send a tech ASAP. Our technician's name was Jon, and I was told he had just joined the company. Jon arrived early in the afternoon and immediately knew how to solve the problem. He told me what the cost would be to repair the tank, and I felt that it was a fair price. I have to admit that Jon's work was outstanding and quickly realized how lucky Official was to have him on board. Not only is Jon a talented and knowledgeable journeyman, he's also a really nice guy. It was a pleasure for my wife and I to have him in our home. As senior citizens, we also received a discount on our bill. Also, big shout out to Danielle, the office coordinator. A delightful woman who made sure we were taken care of. Five stars all day for Official Plumbing and Heating!

As retired seniors, my wife and I have owned many homes. Recently we discovered that our air conditioner needed some TLC. With many options available, I decided to contact Aire Serv South and was totally blown away by the professional attitude of the staff and the technicians. Janet at the office was so very helpful in organizing the repairs for us. The techs, Jeff and Freddy explained in detail what needed to be done and went so far as to take photos of the inside of our furnace and air conditioner. These guys were straight-up and gave me the bottom line so that I could decide on what to do. All I can say is how grateful we are to have had such excellent service at a fair price. Five Stars all day!

We installed a new hood fan and finally got rid of our lame OTR microwave oven. Unfortunately there were no travertine tiles behind it, just bare drywall that was severly damaged along with some of the existing tiles below. Since I grew up in an Italian construction family, I knew what quality workmanship was all about. I called a number of tile setters and Romeo came to our rescue. Even though the job was small he joyfully took on the project and went out of his way to please us. I supplied the tiles and he matched the 20 year old grout. Even though the tiles were different travertine he created a seemless transition and managed to hide and repair all the flaws. We were thrilled. I can't say enough about the quality of his work and his easy going manner. His prices are also very reasonable. A real pleasure to have him in our home. I would hire Romeo again in a heartbeat. 10 Stars All Day!

Once in a while you come across a company that rises above the competition. The quality of service at Dang Good is exceptional in every way. Ken and Austin, the technicians that cleaned our furnace ducts and vents were outstanding and happened to be really nice guys to boot. Austin even blew the dust and leaves off our back deck. 5 stars all day!

My wife and I are seniors and whenever we need furnace repairs we rely on Official to take care of us. Their service coordinator was very sympathetic to our needs. Andrew came to our rescue with a professional attitude and skills to match. He's also a very funny guy and had us laughing out loud first thing in the morning. He found the problem immediately and charged us a fair price for the repairs. 5 Stars All Day!

We needed our gutters cleaned due to excessive asphalt build up from a new roof that was installed. Chelsey at Oracle contacted me and she was extremely professional and courteous. Communication was excellent and I received a firm and competitive quote via email. They were able to set a firm date for the work. Keith, the tech that performed the work was very professional and courteous. His work was excellent and we feel very satisfied. We would recommend Oracle Access Solutions in a heartbeat. Good, honest people with an excellent work ethic.

We booked Nova Home Cleaners to clean our dated carpets and tile flooring in our bungalow. Over the years we have used a variety of cleaning services but Nova Home Cleaners was definitely a cut above the rest. The owner, Paul Lysytsya, did the work for us and we were very impressed by his work ethic, and integrity. After the job was done, we noticed a few areas on the tile floor where the grout lines had not come completely clean. I contacted Paul and he was genuinely concerned. He immediately set up an appointment to take care of things. He returned a few days later with a smile and a great attitude. Needless to say, everything looks fantastic and we feel the value for dollar was excellent. 5 STARS!

After contacting a variety of companies, we decided to go with Keith. What an excellent choice! He is the most knowledgeable and professional HVAC cleaning technician I have ever met. Having Keith in our home was a pleasure and his technical expertise is second to none. He went that extra mile for us and now our home smells fresh and clean and is free of dust and allergens. His pricing is extremely competitive but his attention to detail is what makes his service extraordinary. 10 STARS!!!

We have owned and restored many homes over the years. Finding a competent, amicable and professional contractor has always been challenging and my wife and I have suffered the consequences of inferior workmanship more times that I care to remember. Chris McDonah came to our home to discuss our needs and I was seriously impressed with his product knowledge and easy going attitude. He guided me through all of the product options and answered every question I had without being aggressive or dismissive. He's just a nice guy who doesn't B.S. people. How refreshing! Needless to say, the workmanship was impeccable. The crew always showed up on time and cleaned up after each session. I like to be involved in the process and Chris and his guys were always friendly and accommodating with my questions and concerns. Email and phone communication was excellent and whenever we needed handholding, Chris or his amazing staff were always there for us. The level of quality was so outstanding that we've received a number of compliments from our neighbors and friends. It's amazing how this company manages to offer superior workmanship at such competitive prices. In conclusion, Elite Trade Painting is now my go-to company for future projects and referrals. P.S.
