We sold our home and wanted the new owners to feel confident they were moving into a clean house. We had used Dang Good Carpet cleaning in the past and were very pleased with the service they provided then so we did not hesitate to call again to achieve our goal. Since we were moving into a condo unit, no carpets, we were assured their portable units could do the task of cleaning our furniture - so once we are settled - we will use DANG GOOD CARPET again!

Brian, Mark, Ken and Austin were all great to work with. Although Ken and Austin worked efficiently, they took care in protecting the walls, window sills and floors. My first great impression with Dang Good was with Mark when I called in to make the appt. Very honest and friendly guy! Ken and Austin were my furnace cleaning techs and they were very prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! Then Marc came to do my carpet cleaning, and again I experienced the best customer service! Marc went above and beyond to inform me of any deficiencies in each room (ie stains, frays, repairs needed). Dang Good is the best customer service I have received in years - truly!!

From the first phone call, estimate and actual service, everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. We were very pleased with the service and our technician, Marc.

I hired them to do furnace cleaning. It was clear, forthright, upfront and easy to book. Ken and Austin came and did a professional, thorough job of cleaning our ducts.

When one service provider let us down, Dang Good stepped up and came the next day to clean our furnace and ducts. The crew arrived on time, was highly personable, and accommodated our curious but apprehensive cat. The price was reasonable, what we discussed, and held no surprises. We've used Dang Good before but were seduced by a "half-price" offer from a competitor. Won't happen again. The cleaning got rid of dust from a recent renovation and hair from our shedding liege lord. Breathing easier already.
