Came, resolved a recurring issue and identified why our plumbing problem kept happening - something that our previous plumber didn't do. They guaranteed their work, and installed a better solution which should prevent any further plumbing problems. They were also professional and friendly - a pleasure to work with.

Tyler was quick, informative, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process from quote to finish. His team had to deal with an exterior water ingress problem very promptly during the holiday season with a very tight deadline, and they came through. The quality of the work appears to be excellent, and we couldn't be more happy with our experience.

These guys were friendly, fast (whole move was done in 4-5 hours), didn't damage anything, way more reasonably priced than their competitors, and had better availability than other companies. I would hire them again for sure.

Countertops look great, Jay was timely, friendly, and awesome. We were moving in on the same day as the installation, and the two installers who came (Jay was one of them) were very accommodative. Couldn't be happier with their work or service.

Very knowledgeable, nice people. Floor was finished quickly - in two days, though they are busy so lead time was about a month. Quality of the work was quite good - though with a couple minor defects that I suppose you can't really complain about (excess stain near wall in a couple areas 4 inches wide). The floors look really good, though. Only real complaint would probably be that the transition strips were installed when the floor was stained (though the person we initially spoke to, Ron?, said that they would be installed separately *after* the baseboards were in). This meant that we were expected to cut the bottom of the baseboards to fit over the transition strip, which looked odd to us. We eventually had to trim the sides of the transition strip with an oscillating saw and now it looks good (now it looks like all the other transition strips we've ever seen anywhere else, including throughout the rest of the house).

Prompt, friendly service. All precautions taken, containment, and air scrubbing. Very professional and at a fair price - would recommend to others. The quality of work was quite good as well.

Bought laminate floor here, but installed myself. Floor was good - on discount. Pre-pay ordered some more floors of a different design for a different room, but it turned out the product was on back order from the manufacturer for weeks. I went to buy the extra flooring from somewhere else (needed a specific color fast), but due to a miscommunication the back ordered flooring still got ordered. Mike personally resolved the issue and refunded my expenses at no cost to me, which I'm sure many other companies wouldn't have done. Would recommend.

Sean was fantastic. We hired him as a result of the reviews here, and do not regret it one bit. He was very thorough, as others had said, very personable, and when faced with quite unreasonable sellers who insisted on staying in the unit during the inspection, he stayed very professional. Reasonable cost, punctual, and on *our* side which is what you'd want when buying a home.
