I ordered online and was given a delivery date of Oct 13. The follow-up email said Oct 13 delivery. The next day, an email came from FedEx with a different delivery date. This is for a cottage. We're at the cottage on that delivery date. On Oct 15, an email came saying it was out for delivery. Never arrived. On Oct 16, an email came saying it was out for delivery. Never arrived. On Oct 17, an email came saying it was out for delivery. We're not there to receive it. Our neighbours left a note with their phone number. The courier did not read the note. They left the mattress outside, in the woods, on our road. I called both Sleep Country and FedEx TONS of times during this mess trying to get some help with no luck. Sleep Country said they couldn't contract FedEx. Sleep Country is ridiculous. I will NEVER order from them.

We were very pleased with EcoComfort. They arrived on time and got to work. Gabriel, Andrew and Gregory worked for a couple hours and did a great job with our insulation. They cleaned everything up and were done and gone in a couple hours. Great service.

Wonderful service! Both the person who came to measure and the installer arrived right on time, were friendly, courteous and professional. The installer did a beautiful job, making sure to leave no mess behind. We had a single screen door installed and double screen doors. We are extremely pleased with the service and the product. Best service we've had from any company in a long time, and our Phantom screen doors are great! Absolutely recommend them!

I had a completely unsatisfactory experience with Sears and will never buy from Sears again. I purchased 3 items from Sears, 2 bookcases and an ottoman. The expected date was 3 weeks away and was to be between 7am and 5pm. The evening before the delivery date, I got a phone call saying the bookcases were not available so that order was cancelled. I stated that I still wanted to ottoman delivered the next day. I took the day off work and waited around all day. No delivery. Finally, at 4:45, I called. The customer service person told me the ottoman was available in 3 to 5 days. I said, "it was to be delivered today". She told me that it wasn't going to be. I cancelled the ordered. 3 days after the expected delivery date, I got an email telling me the bookcases were not available. And a few days beyond that, I got an email telling me the ottoman was unavailable.... a week after it was to be delivered and a week after it was cancelled! I wrote Sears and email telling them about it. The email form asked if I wanted to be contacted by phone or by email. I checked phone. About 2 weeks later, I got a standard email saying,"Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for shopping at Sears!". Ridiculous

After moving into a new house, we found we had a clogged drain in our kitchen sink. I called several plumbers in the area and no one was available right away until we called Mr. Rooter. The serviceman Josh arrived and got right to work. He worked very hard, finally solving our problem. I was pleased with that result, but far more pleased with Josh's service. He was great! Since it was a new house for us, he spent time checking things and explaining things to me. I could not have been more pleased with Josh's service. If I ever need a plumber again, I certainly know who to call. I cannot recommend Mr Rooter highly enough. Fantastic!

Two very pleasant and friendly young men arrived at the specified time and introduced themselves. They got right to work, and worked hard for two hours. They seemed to know what they were doing and spent some time at the end explaining some things to me since it is a new house for us. I would definitely use The Duct Cleaning Specialists again.
