George stripped down our damaged dining room table with a wonderful restoration and colour matching to its original state. He salvaged our damaged dressers, and end table tops that have suffered through 10 years of cat abuse, and restored those finishes as well. He also filled holes and scratches in our engineered hardwood flooring that a previous contractor had damaged during our fireplace installation. First class work, which was completed in the time described, and for the quoted price.

Air conditioner would function in recent hot spell. Thermocool to the rescue. Technician quickly found the drain tray full of water and a blocked drain back up that triggered the safety shutoff to prevent a flood. Very satisfied with quick response time, communication, and action that followed. Technician was prompt, worked quickly, and clean up was a priority. Very satisfied with the Thermocool team.

Had issue with Thermostat not communicating with heat pump. Took a bit, but figured out there was a safety that had been triggered with a blocked drain. Problem was sorted and cant say enough about the first class customer service displayed by both the on site staff, Mario at the management end, and Melissa in the billing area. Thank you Thermo Cool Mechanical.

Found Paul from a recommendation in our building. Reached out and heard back from him within 30 minutes, and sorted out a repair visit shortly . 2 X Softclose hinges needed replacement. Arrived at the promised time..worked quickly and cleanly. Problem solved. Also offered advice on kitchen cupboard hinges, and quote coming shortly. Would definitely recommend

After changing some Kitchen Light Fixtures I attempted to repair the electricians holes left in the wall and on the ceiling. Bad Mistake. Scott came in to smooth out my errors and bring both the wall and the ceiling back to their original state. On Time, Quick Worker, Excellent Cleanup. We had worked with Scott 7 months ago when he wallpapered our bathrooms. Another first class experience! Highly Recommend!
