The Restorators Water Damage Restoration team provided responsive, comprehensive and efficient services following a flood in our finished basement laundry room/kitchen and washroom. Mark immediately responded to our emergency call in the early hours of a Sunday morning and had an experienced technical team and equipment on-site within 60 minutes of the emergency call. Mark and his team quickly and effectively controlled both interior and exterior flooding, and implemented corrective actions to ensure full drying of the affected areas. Once all areas were fully dry, Mark assigned skilled contractors to install insulation, repair damaged drywall and cabinetry, and paint and restore our finished laundry/kitchen and washroom to pre-damage condition. Throughout the restoration service, Mark maintained regular contact with us and visited our home to review the work and ensure our satisfaction with the restoration process and results.
