I previously had Let It Rain fix a leak due to improper flashing around my chimney done by another roofer that replaced my roofing a couple of years previously. When that roof started to deteriorate well before its warranty date, I called Let It Rain to replace it. I was impressed with their roof replacement system they proposed. They came to do the work on a sunny day this March and completed the work and cleaned up all in one day, relieving my previous stress when high winds and rain were forecast. Based on this experience, I would recommend Let It Rain.

Noticed oven not heating to temperature setting. Settled on North Durham Appliances through HomeStars reviews. Were quick to respond to my request for service and arranged appointment to my satisfaction within less than two days of my request. Service person determined the problem as a burned out element and quickly replaced it. Would certainly consider this company for any future appliance problems

It's been a year since Todd and his crew replaced the wood and brick entrance steps to our house with interlock stones and natural stone steps. The work, along with a repaved driveway, meant that rainwater flowed down the driveway instead of into the garage and made it easier to remove snow that winter. Because of his standard of excellence in seeing the job was done to my satisfaction, I would not hesitate to have him back to do any further work I might require.

My original intention was to repair two ceilings damaged by water leaks,in the dining room and family rooms. I had gotten two quotes before Chris' to do this work, an extreme one for over $14,000 and a low one for $2,600 to do these repairs. Chris suggested it might be beneficial to redo all the main floor ceilings since they all had popcorn finish, a finish that's not currently popular. His method of covering the existing ceilings with new drywall convinced me to go ahead. From preparation to cleanup, Chris explained each days work as we would be living at home during the renovation. The work included the installation of Resilient Channel attached to the ceiling joists with new 1/2 in. drywall fastened to the channel followed by taping. three coats of plaster and sanding. After sanding, Chris then applied primer paint and two finish coats. To top it off, he installed all new ceiling fixtures in all main floor rooms with fixtures I had purchased. The results were spectacular. Chris even came back to help with the final cleanup after the cleaning company he had hired cancelled at the last minute. I would certainly recommend Chris' company to anyone requiring similar work.
