I have had Todd come out to all my homes. He did such an amazing job in my oakville house that I called him again when I sold that house and bought a new one. He came to my new house and cleaned my carpets that were covered in cat fur and years of dirt. About a year later I called him back when someone had an accident in my basement and I was fully unable to get the blood out of my carpet from a trip and fall. I text Todd late that night, and he came the next day. There are no words on how grateful I am to this man and his company. He brought some amazing magic solution that literally took the blood out of the carpet with no problem. He didn't even need to use any machines. He just sprayed and wiped! The carpet looked like new as if nothing ever happened! What he did for me that day, in helping me out goes beyond words! I am truly grateful to him for coming out literally at the last minute. About a month later he came back to clean the tiles on my front foyer and back that lead out to the backyard. Those tiles went from grey to white. Everyone who came in after kept asking if we have changed our floors because they literally looked brand new and just made the foyer light up. About two months later after I sold that house he came to my new house. The kitchen tiles were a black green with a pile of dirt on top. He again cleaned those tiles so well, that it went from black green to emerald green. That was actually the original color of the tiles, but who knew! Everyone was so amazed at his work that we sat on the stairs to watch him work his magic. Honestly, there isn't anyone else I would allow into my house(s). His work is so great, that he made a life time customer out of me! :)

I needed 13 windows replaced on my first floor because they were 26 years old, were in horrible shape, seal broken and let in drafts. The rest of the windows were done by previous owners in my house. Leon came in, gave me a great quote and within two weeks the windows were replaced. Took the guys half a day to install. They cleaned up after their own mess and did a great job. Only complaint I have is that while in the house the workers didn't wear any booties around their boots and left tons of dirty from their shoes on my hardwood floors and white tiles at the back. I would of preferred if they could of worn booties while in doors. Outside that, i have no complaints about their work as they did a great job! I windows look amazing and let in so much natural light!

I bought a 26 years old house and while fixing a part of our basement, our contractor told us our electrical panel needed updating. I heard of Vince from a friend and call him right away. He came and put in a brand new panel, added outlets to the second room in the basement and pot lights. We were so impressed with his work and how efficient and quick he was that we called him back to put pot lights in our house. In two days he did just about every room in the house, hung new light fixtures, removed our old massive dated hanging stair chandelier, fixed our under the counter lights, and more. We are calling him back again to do the master bedroom, hang new outside lights and add new lighting in our soon to be renovated bathroom. His work is superior, his quote is amazing and his personality is funny like no other. I highly recommend him and his crew. Amazing people to work with!!

The cs who I spoke to let me now that I was signed up for the wrong plan. I asked for an ac plan with maintenance and I was signed up for an ac for only cleaning. She corrected it for me and also brought it to my attention.

I bought a house less then a year ago where the old owners never cleaned the master bedroom carpet. I contacted Todd by text and we set up an appt and price quote in one day. He came over a few days later and cleaned my carpet where it literally looked brand new. The carpets also smelled so fresh that my whole house was left smelling amazing. He left no mess behind and and explained everything to me. Was so polite and professional and even double checked if I had pets to make sure they wouldn't escape through the front door due to it being left open because of the hose. I told him I was selling the house and needed the carpet cleaned for all the showings. My husband and I could not get over how clean, fresh smelling and lovely the carpet looked afterwards. The price was quote was amazing and he texted me to ask if he could come earlier that day as he had an opening. My only problem is that he doesn't clean carpets in Brampton which where I bought my new house. To bad as he is a great professional person to work with and would of loved to have had him clean my new home for sure! I would highly highly recommend Todd for your home!! :)

I've been with Protectron since May. The best thing I like about Protectron so far is that their prices are not very expensive. Their service is also good. I have no complaints.
