Superior quality services right from first contact. I liked Maors' approach to the issue; firstly, a telephone consultation with the least intrusive solution to the problem and least costly. That didn't work so Maor proceeded to ask me questions about the dryer and spoke about the possibilities of the issue from a broken circuit board to replacing the dryer. He ordered the part first in preparation of our appointment with no cost in advance. He was spot on. Fixed the issue within 20 minutes! Then I asked him about my other appliances and he checked them all and gave me advice with no extra cost. His solutions saved me a few hundred dollars. I went in and was dazzled by their staff as they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted a posted framed for my son and wanted to make sure that the framing was just right. the staff took their time to assist and take their time to give me advice on what frame i should select and why. The turnaround time was quick and the process was simple. A large selection of frames to choose from!
Excellent service from the initial phone call. Boris was very professional and helpful in selecting the furnace that we needed for our home. In addition, his employees explained things as they were performing their jobs. They made sure that when they delivered the furnace, they would not scratch the floors. They had also cleaned up after themselves and took out the old furnace for us. The quote changed during the process and we ended up saving $80 more! I would highly recommend Boris and his crew.
