Great service again from this company. Larry the technician had previously fixed our gas oven(under warranty) so when our dryer broke(12 years old), they were the first company to call. (And Larry was our technician again!) Diagnostics was fast and repair happened once the part came in.

We had an old front porch(built 1958) that was crumbling and starting to become a real danger. TGM replaced the porch with a new lafitt tandem wall. Project was completed on time, and communicated well with us throughout. When it came to design we left Dylan to do what he thought would work, he noticed our soffits had just been redone and suggested doing a dark border cap that would go nicely with it. When a defect happened with one of the caps, rather than possibly hide it or hope we wouldn't notice, Dylan pointed it out right away and fixed it. Justin & Dylan powered through some of the hottest days of the year cheerfully and efficiently. We've gone from the ugly duckling in the neighbourhood to a front of house of our dreams, we didn't know we could cause such rubber necking! We simply couldn't be happier with the end result and are gathering a list of more jobs for TGM.

Reached out to a few people from homestars for eaves as we start to fix up and update our modest bungalow. Nick replied right away and after sending some pictures he and Mihael came by to take a look and discuss options and colours. The corners of the fascia were quite rotten and we wanted to relocate the downspouts. Nick was super knowledgeable about his craft, and gave lots of options, and we didn't feel any pressure from them. We went with them, and knowing how busy they are they still fit us in within two weeks, all while never making us feel like we were less than a priority for them. Its probably silly to think, but in a time where houses are getting bigger and bigger and cost of driving from site to site gets more expensive, it'd have been easy for them to dismiss the job as too small for them, but Nick told me when he saw the old pictures, he wanted to do the house, knowing what an improvement it'd make. If you made it this far, stop looking and reach out to them, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Out 1990 A/C unit went to the heaven's during the latest heatwave. Left a quick message on their site with the model number and my thoughts on wanting to improve its capacity. Sam got back to me right away with suggestions, corrected what I had googled from the model number so as not to upsell me. (I thought we had a 2.5 ton and needed a 3, he said what we had was a 1.5 and that a 2 ton would be more then sufficient). Adam the installer was professional and patient with my questions. Wore a mask at all times. Love this company

Chris was awesome to deal with. He arrived on time, explained how the installation would progress, and was patient with all my questions. You can tell he's passionate about what he does, and doesn't take any shortcuts. On one of the rainiest days of the year, was very diligent with removing his shoes on all the trips to the van and back. Efficient, professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

From Hans who was initially sent out to diagnose our broken(25 year old) furnace to Brandon and Josh who came and did the subsequent installation, everyone was professional, friendly and did fantastic work. Hans spoke matter of factly to us about our options with zero sales pressure. He pointed out the rusted vent that was in starting to need replacement along with the main blower and possibly the circuit board as well. Once we weighed our options and decided to go with a new American Standard, Brandon and Josh were at our doorstep at 8:30 am the next morning. They were done before 11am, working efficiently and presenting me the options of where to put the direct vent, the condensate line, and not minding answering all my inquisitive questions! Great company, positive attitude, will use again.

Jason came by and confirmed my fears that we had a MAJOR blockage in our kitchen pipe(and 17 ft of below grade clay piping ). The previous long term owner must have sustained herself on bacon, as all the fat had built up over the years. After scoping the drains and showing me on the screen the extent of the problem, (along with noting a zero slope on the old clay pipes), we made the decision to fix it and Alex and his crew worked tirelessly to get the basement dug up(thick cement), pipes replaced and backfilled and mortar finished before the end of the day. Always sceptical of technology, before they removed the old pipes I checked the level with an old bubble level, and sure enough... no slope. I really appreciated Jason's patience with explaining all my options, I always felt like I was in good hands, and everyone answered my barage of questions without hesitation. Overall... highly recommended...

Cory and his crew do amazing work. Meticulous attention to detail and professional attitude throughout. Extremely happy with the finished result, they even reinstalled my solar vent van properly! Highly recommended.
