TGM Landscape and Mortar

We had an old front porch(built 1958) that was crumbling and starting to become a real danger. TGM replaced the porch with a new lafitt tandem wall.

Project was completed on time, and communicated well with us throughout. When it came to design we left Dylan to do what he thought would work, he noticed our soffits had just been redone and suggested doing a dark border cap that would go nicely with it. When a defect happened with one of the caps, rather than possibly hide it or hope we wouldn't notice, Dylan pointed it out right away and fixed it. Justin & Dylan powered through some of the hottest days of the year cheerfully and efficiently. We've gone from the ugly duckling in the neighbourhood to a front of house of our dreams, we didn't know we could cause such rubber necking! We simply couldn't be happier with the end result and are gathering a list of more jobs for TGM.

TGM landscape and Mortar completed the original installation of Permacon Melville pavers on our covered porch, walkway and back patio. The job was completed on time and on budget with flawless precision. 6 months later we extended the patio in the backyard. Dylan and the team came back to add to the existing layout, ensuring that all sloping and fine details were taken care of.

Dylan not only does excellent work, but offers fair pricing and is always patient with the customers, who obviously don't know as much as he does. He provides a consultative approach to project and is never pushy with sales. It's clear he only wants to do good work that is best for his customers.

Dylan came for a site visit to prepare a quote in a timely manner. His quote included all materials and a detailed timeline. The job was completed within the timeline with a couple of small little jobs that we asked for that came up throughout the week. His ability to estimate his time for such a diverse list of tasks was amazing! He was prompt and listened to our needs and our style. He was forth coming with options that well suited us.

Dylan did our front walk way for us. What I was impressed with was the quality of the work he did, but also he kept his work area extremely clean. The front walk looks so much better. He completed the project on time and for the amount he quoted us for.

Our fireplace was in need of a makeover! Dylan was very professional right from the beginning. He gave advice on the design, and materials we should use. As a very visual person, he helped us understand what the end result would look like. Our quote was well laid out and very clear on the correct charges! Everything was complete with excellent skill, from the tiles, to fireplace and mantle install and the ship lap around.
