Very responsive to servuice request with followups. Dima's son came to do the work and was extremely professional and courteous. He tackled each problem methodically and resolved all issues including badly clogged kitchen drains, malfunctioning toilet analysis and removal of old/installation of new shower heads.

Rodney's provided excellent cleaning. Punctual as promised. Very personable and concerned about follow up. Very professional with communication and administration. Would highly recommend to all!

Pavel arrived on time. Though I had had another supposedly excellent Garage Door company come out several months earlier, Pavel figured out the problem right away. Andy was extremely communicative both in setting up his visit and during the work phase. Took out a chandelier and installed a new one. Fixed (replaced) two dimmer switches that had failed and stopped the lights from turing on. Replaced switches with timer switches and set the timers. Provided analysis of other issues. Highly recommend.

Our 15 year old roof had begun to leak. It is an intricate roof with peaks, valleys, skylight and flat portions. We called several companies to review the situation and quote the project. Eclipse was our hands down first choice and we couldn't be happier about our decision. Going with Eclipse allowed us to receive the kind of service from start to finish that everyone wishes they would get from every service company. Eduart was personally on top of the job and was quickly responsive before, during and after the job. Even before the actual new roof was put in, the Eclipse team made sure to come out and provide temporary fixes (which worked immediately) while we waited for the weather to turn warm enough for the big job to be started. The project was started on time, fnished on time, properly cleaned up and there have been no problems since (and there have been a couple of torrential downpours). Throughout the project we felt that Eduart and his team really cared about the quality of the work and we always had a calm and confident feeling about the work being done.
