After the 3rd attempt to fix my gas log set, Akin, a stellar tech guy finally fixed the problem. Jon at the office was great on the CS side and made me feel okay about the complaints I had. Speedy service second to none. I would use this company again as i also had by tired Webber stripped down and cleaned to almost new! Good to see that this company values the customers that they service. Hard to get a customer...easy to lose...so these guys know the secret!

I have had a lot of plumbers over the years as I have had my bakery for 33 years. Constant evolution and upgrades with existing and new equipment means dollars spent. When I was introduced to Josh for a new bakery in the Beaches, he was the best trade I could ask for. While not the least expensive nor the highest, he was the best worker who backed up and delivered the job that needed to be done. I would not hesitate to use him again. As a matter of fact I did and his second job for me at my original bakery solved a great number of errors that I had been living with from other plumbers. Highly recommended indeed!

I have done many renovations in my life, both done by myself and with companies. By far Pro Loc is right up there with the best!
