Nathan and Dave came to service the gas fireplace. They were amazing and competent and did a great job. Our fireplace has never functioned as well as has now and it is more efficient now then it has ever been. They cleaned everything and finished off with a CO test to make sure everything was safe. Thank you for caring and doing such a good job. Highly recommend this company for your gas and cooling needs.

Dishwasher wouldn't drain. Technician came out to check it and diagnosed it. Parts were ordered and everything put back in place and thank goodness the dishwasher is working again!

I wanted to thank Mastercut this year for a really good season. Kim and her crew were awesome and I would love to have them back again next year. They did a super job on the gardens, edges and the lawn – just the way I would expect it. When I find the right people, I want to make sure I hang on to them. Please let their boss know how great they were and how happy we are this year. Please make sure we are on your reminder list for next spring. Thanks for making this experience a great one. It is a nice change writing thank you notes rather than harsh complaints. Thank you and muchly appreciated!!

I wanted to say that the double J team has once again exceeded my expectations in doing our pool closing. I don't know where you found these 2 people but wow, make sure you hang on to them at all costs. Fantastic people like them are so hard to find. They have proven again that they can be trusted to do the right things and not take shortcuts. I wish everyone that did service work in any industry could be like them. Please thank them profusely for me, as I will always request that this team is here every year helping us take care of this massive property and our pool. ‎ I am so appreciative of their efforts and their care in taking it that extra bit more. It is such a nice change to be happy and satisfied with a service that we paid for rather than having to make calls expressing disappointment and needing followup visits to rectify things. Again, little things that they do just made my day. The ONLY concern that I have would be losing them.

Substandard work. Poor communication. Everything starting to fall apart as years progress. Impossible to schedule meeting to discuss concerns. Would never want them back to do anything on our property again.

Job looked pretty good when it was first completed but unfortunately some details were missed and within a few months things started falling apart. Called for rectification but issues were not addressed for over 2 years. Things were not completed to our satisfaction. Does not seem to care, does not take accountability for bad product.
