I wanted to say that the double J team has once again exceeded my expectations in doing our pool closing. I don't know where you found these 2 people but wow, make sure you hang on to them at all costs. Fantastic people like them are so hard to find. They have proven again that they can be trusted to do the right things and not take shortcuts. I wish everyone that did service work in any industry could be like them.
Please thank them profusely for me, as I will always request that this team is here every year helping us take care of this massive property and our pool. I am so appreciative of their efforts and their care in taking it that extra bit more. It is such a nice change to be happy and satisfied with a service that we paid for rather than having to make calls expressing disappointment and needing followup visits to rectify things.
Again, little things that they do just made my day. The ONLY concern that I have would be losing them.
