Gary and his team were outstanding. Gary was recommended for installation of a pad for our hot tub and also created a pad for a shed. He was able to schedule a site visit on a weekend to accommodate our schedule. Communication with Gary and Connie was effortless via e-mail. Scheduling was easy and flexible based on my schedule. No deposit was required. His team worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. Excellent work and value!

Gary had already done a bang up job for me in 2015 with stone work back patio. I called him back to do my fence. I actually didn’t know he did fences so I had 2 other companies come in but they both left bf putting posts in bc of my nightmare neighbor. I called Gary and he said he did fences as well. I gave him full disclosure on the situation and how abusive and threatening she would be. Gary agreed to do the job and he handled her professionally and appropriately firm explaining he wasn’t leaving the site til the fence was done. She threatened to call the police, despite the fence work being done on our property (completely). His workers were super nice and respectful and hard workers. He came in on time and on budget.

Gary provided an estimate November 2016 which in turn I provided a $1000 deposit for work to be done in 2017. Due to serious illness and loss of work in the family, I am unable to do any landscaping as per estimate. Since April 10, 2018, I have sent numerous emails and now leaving telephone messages, no follow up by Connie or Gary to resolve this matter even though I provided the deposit in good faith (would appreciate the same courtesy). As an alternative, if their financial situation is worse than mine, then rather than returning my deposit as no work has been done, provide $1000 worth of landscaping work and call it even....sounds fair to me. Still no response.....

Gary and his workers did an excellent job on our front walkway. We have had nothing but complements on the work done. The new steps look great and we are very happy with the final results. He is a little slow to come back for final touches but his wife Connie is wonderful and makes sure he does return to complete them in a timely fashion. His workers were very friendly, and very hard workers.

Gary and the Creative Impressions team are professional, friendly and pay attention to the finishing details. We contracted Gary several times over 10 years to do extensive front and backyard (with pool) landscaping projects. The work was always completed on time, on budget and looked great. We have no hesitation to recommend Gary's services to anyone who is looking for an honest, reputable professional landscaping organization.

I had Creative Impressions do work 12yrs ago and did not think twice to call them back to do landscaping. From the start to the finish they were excellent and professional and gave us what we wanted. Gary and his team even fixed our interlock that had sunk over the years at no extra cost.
