I've hired Leigh for 3 inspections, the latest being a century home in Orillia. He is truly a professional and his attention to detail is unbelievable. His inspection reports contain so much information and tips for the DYI-er, it makes everything that much easier for me. I would never consider buying a home without having Leigh have a look at it first.

Jason and his team are amazing. I contacted Jason because of his rating and after speaking to him, I don't know why he's not at 100%. He took the time to educate me and his assessment of the house was bang on. His team was professional, clean and very thorough. Although I hope I don't have to do another roof ever again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jason for my roofing needs.

This is the 3rd year in a row I've had Adel and his company clean my furniture. With cats and a toddler, the couch goes through a lot and my couch looks new after each cleaning. I can't see myself using anyone else.

I've been waiting to get my roof done since late last year and I can tell you it was worth the wait to get Bill and his crew in. Not only did Bill offer great solutions to the previous roofing problems, he listened to my needs and made it work without any compromise to the quality of workmanship. When it came to pay, I asked Bill to take me on the roof to inspect the job and was quite pleased with the quality and attention to detail his guys had to make sure the roof was done properly. Although I would hate to go through the pains of replacing a roof again, when the time comes, the first number I will call belongs to Bill and Canadian Roofing.

Armando and Massimo came to my house and explained what my choices were going to be. I opted for the camera inspection to see where the problem was. They were very professional and came with little boot slip covers. They snaked the camera in and quickly came to the blockage but unfortunately couldn't unblock with the camera itself. They brought in the big guns and was able to quickly remove some roots which got the water running. They scoped out the drain and marked off where the blockage was on my lawn so that the city could come out and do another inspection and decide if they would have to come excavate. I contacted the city and since the drain was unblocked, we felt it was safe to wait (7 days) for them to come. The city referred company showed up and ran the camera and came up to the same blockage at 55ft which shouldn't have been there since it's only been 7 days since Drainworks cleared it. We then discovered another blockage further down before the main sewer line at 75ft that should have been cleared out the first time.

We have pets and you can imagine how much fur can build up. After Adel and his helper came, you wouldn't know that there were cats in the house. The sofa is unbelievably clean and my wife and I are amazed at what an incredible job they did for us. We will definitely be recommending Adel's services to our friends and we will be using his services for many years to come.

Paul is a class act and I'm glad we decided to have Paul come in and do the work. It is hard to find someone that actually cares about doing a job properly and have it done right the first time. We are definitely going to recommend Paul to our friends and I will be having him come back to install a whole house humidifier.

Front walkway and re-sodding a portion of the backyard Although pricing was a little on the high side, the workmanship was excellent. I've had nothing but compliments on the work done to my front walkway. The only issue I had was timing. I had asked to be notified when the job would start and was given an approx. date when they would come. The workers showed up 2 days early without a phone call and I already scheduled 2 other contractors for that day. The re-sod of my backyard had to be scheduled for another time since I had a fencing company working and didn't want them to trample the newly laid sod. 3 weeks had passed and there was still no re-schedule to complete the work. Near the 30 day mark when the material for the walkway was probably due, I received a call to complete the work which I was not able to return right away. 2 days later, the workers showed up at my door without confirmation from me that it could be done. The job was completed with much success but I just feel like I was put on the backburner until it was convenient for them.
