Met Craig and his company through social media many years ago and had to call upon them to help fix an air conditioning system for one of our customers. It was very easy to connect with Craig and get an appointment scheduled in for the repairs. I went down to replace the furnace filter and noticed the hot water tank was leaking. We rent the unit so I called Reliance about the issue. Had an appointment booked for the following day. Technician called ahead, arrived on site, introduced himself (Cole) and went down to take a look at the issue. Tested and adjusted a few items and things should be back to normal. After speaking with Adrian, I was confident the work would be done to our satisfaction. Appointment was made and confirmed. Adrian showed up, and was very polite and respectful in our house and gave us a few recommendations on the installation. I've known George for a few years now, and when I had to get our Gas Appliance installed, he was the only person that came to mind. Great communication from the initial booking to him arriving at the door. Great care with our home was taken, he was clean, neat and tidy during the work and cleanup with no mess left behind. Everything was explained on how to use, maintain and clean the appliance. This was a great experience and will definitely be using his help with our Gas BBQ installation when that project arises. Sometimes with our own jobs issues occur that are beyond our limits. I called upon Hotwire Electrical whom Ive come to know over the past year through HomeStars. This was the 1st time Ive ever dealt with the company, but from the first phone call, to the follow up, it was complete professionalism all the way. I actually found this company because they had followed me on my twitter account. I was in the need for some new work shirts so thought I might as well try this company out. Dealing with Neil was such a breeze. I called, introduced myself and company, emailed over a couple pictures and info what I needed. I was sent back a proof a day later. Everything looked good and within a week I had our new company sweaters. I am going to be doing a lot more work with this company for my promotional items, as well as have them design a logo for a new Mens Hockey Team we are sponsoring this upcoming year called The Dirty Ducts, so keep an eye out for that :) I would highly recommend this company for any of your printing needs. Towards the middle of 2009 I was contacted by Terry (A Homestars Sales Rep) letting me know I had a few reviews posted by my customers on a website called homestars.com I had no idea what the site was about, or what it was about to do for my business. Ran into a problem with a furnace not coming on. Called and spoke with George, had his technician there as soon as possible. They Spent some time addressing the issue and worked at getting the problem resolved. Also fixed a humidifier that was incorrectly wired and a few other touchups with the system.
