My kitchen pipe burst in my kitchen and I Googled - "Plumbers Etobicoke". I found Drain Rescue. Someone answered the phone immediately and although they were busy, they managed to have a plumber at my door within 12 hours (this was not an emergency). Wayne arrived at the time they said he would (imagine that!). He was thorough, clean and above all - honest. Fixed the problem within 1 1/2 hours. He left the work area spotless. Great job. THANK YOU!!

Great service each time. They have been to my home 3x cleaning top floor and basement and each time it is impeccable. Would recommend them for home cleaning. You will not be disappointed.

Booked an appointment online for same day service - even on a holiday Monday. My technician arrived at the scheduled time. Thava was terrific! He fixed my problem within 1/2hr - and then showed me how to avoid the same problem from recurring. Highly recommend Reliance - and if you're lucky you might get Thava.

All I can say is - the reviews on HomeStars are 100% true. Igal confirmed an appointment and was here as scheduled. Not only is he professional, but he also gave me some great expert advice as to where certain pictures should be placed. I will absolutely use his services again and have no problem recommending him to any of my friends. GREAT WORK!

UNBELIEVABLE!! I just purchased an IKEA bedroom armoire. We spent the better part of a Sunday afternoon trying to put the thing together. In desperation - I did a "google" search for IKEA installers and "Ikea Man" popped up. I sent an email on Sunday evening around 7:00 p.m. - Ivan contacted me immediately (YES - on Sunday evening). He sent John over by 2:00 pm. the next day. Not enough words to describe the service: John was polite / clean / experienced - OH - and the most important thing....he had the job done in less than 1hr. I will definitely be calling Ivan (& John) back to hang my pictures. Definite pros! Thank you for the great service. Linda

Hi - I am writing about the great service and workmanship I had with Home Improvement People and specifically with Mike and his Team of craftsmen. This was my 1st renovation project and I was unaware of how quickly the pace can be (even when I set them back by not having things ordered on time). Mike was terrific and very patient with me. Our house was left spotless as the tradespeople vacuumed every night.WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH OUR BATHROOM and the quality of the work performed. Big Thank you to Mike & Rocco!
