UNBELIEVABLE!! I just purchased an IKEA bedroom armoire. We spent the better part of a Sunday afternoon trying to put the thing together. In desperation - I did a "google" search for IKEA installers and "Ikea Man" popped up. I sent an email on Sunday evening around 7:00 p.m. - Ivan contacted me immediately (YES - on Sunday evening). He sent John over by 2:00 pm. the next day. Not enough words to describe the service: John was polite / clean / experienced - OH - and the most important thing....he had the job done in less than 1hr.
I will definitely be calling Ivan (& John) back to hang my pictures.
Definite pros! Thank you for the great service.
