From start to finish, dealing with this company was an absolute pleasure. Michael & Ann were very helpful and the crew was amazing. Our move from Mississauga to St. Catharines was a big one and Moverunner made the move easy and stressfree. The move required 5 guys, 2 trucks, and a stop to pick up stuff from storage after emptying thw house. They coordinated everything. The guys were punctual, courteous, respectful, and careful with all of our belongings. I have already recomended them to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you Moverunner!

After hearing scratching noises in our ceiling and walls, and laying awake for hours wondering what was above us, we called Gotcha just after 8 am on Saturday morning. Ken called us back within an hour. We discussed what we were hearing and the action that would be taken. Ken was very thorough in explaining the process and made it our choice as to when we would like him to come assess the problem. We chose as soon as possible of course! Ken showed up at around 1 pm the same day. He did an inspection and determined that we had mice. We had him treat the area, he inspected the rest of the house. We haven't heard any more sounds since Sunday morning. Ken took care of our problem quickly and efficiently. No more sleepless nights! I highly recommend Gotcha Wildlife services to anyone who thinks they may have some pesky critters residing in their homes. Thank you Ken.

We originally had our roof re-shingled by Done Right back in March of 2007. The guys were great, got the job done efficiently, and cleaned everything up afterwards. They called the next day to confirm that we were happy with the work. We've had two minor issues since then, nothing to do with installation, just some severe storm damage. Both times I called to report it in the evening, well after regular business hours, and they had someone out the very next morning to inspect and repair any damage. They don't just come and bang it back together, they fix the problem and do a full inspection to see if there are any other problem spots, or any potential for problems in the future. I'm totally satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a roofing contractor.
